I would consider coming back but would consider other hotels too (wasn’t as clean).

The bathrooms had hair or dirt in corners which was noticeable & I wasn’t sure if sheets were clean (saw other hair that wasn’t mine on them). Please improve in this area.

We had a great weekend.

Next to Starbucks and other things

The air conditioning was loud. You could hear everyones doors slam. The pool was small.

Property phone is disconnected. Never received a response from the property to our email cancelling reservation. Possibly out of business??

It wasn’t worth the price we paid.

Nice lobby and outdoor seating.

Our room had an A/C leak, bathroom shower had mold, found old garbage under the nightstand and next to bed, no tissues or toilet paper we’re ever replenished when they came to clean the room.

not worth it’s price. when you book marriott you expect something. this marriott is a joke. it was really cold in our room all the time. a/c didn’t work for heating at all. room was dusty and rather dirty. chewing gum was stuck on the carpet. no slippers, no robes. for some reason they put two identical fiji waters in the room, but with different price tags (for what? you expect me to buy one for 5$ and other for 5,50$?) . at the same time, we had to ask for free water, and they gave us only cheap purified water. the cleaning lady came to the next room and started vacuuming loudly at 8 in the morning. what if we were going to sleep some more? breakfast is a joke. everything was like in usual motel on the road. room keys stopped working at 10am. one hour before check out. as i said before it’s not worth its price. If I didn't trust the positive reviews here and the name of the Marriott, I would never settle here.

My stay was uneventful.

The location was very easy to find, easily accessible from the freeway.

There were no rooms available when I arrived and had to wait to check in. Unfortunately, the bar doesn't open until 4 pm. Check in is at 3 pm. There isn't much else to do while waiting to check in.

The staff was able to let us check in earlier than the regular time and was friendly and professional. We had a drink and appetizer in the bar area. The bartender made us feel welcome and we chatted with him for a while. Great experience.

Beautiful, modern, clean, comfy.

Newer construction, very modern. We arrived late, the rooms we booked weren’t available but the receptionist was very gracious and upgraded us, the bar was closed but the bartender allowed us to sit and served us while he cleaned up! very accommodating and nice staff.

Great value compared to SLO but still a short drive away

We travelled to visit family in SLO. Hotels in SLO were significantly more expensive compared to this hotel. We were pleased with the value at this location and was a short drive to get back to SLO. Hotel staff was great and the room size was beyond what we expected.

Will not stay here again

Poor cleaniness with previous customer food left in fridge and improper cleaning of the rooms, poor attitude of the manager, bad customer service of staff. Despite letting the manager know via email and messages about the hotel, the manager did not even bother to call back or respond.

Will still come here again.

Room is spacious. The fact that breakfast is included makes it so much easier for us to start our day as family. We also loved the outdoor fireplace. Easy to find parking space.

Swimming is a bit small. Room cleanliness is so-so. No garbage bag in every trash cans. I would think that housekeeping is likely not going to sanitize the garbage cans between guests.
