The owners live on the property with their two children and two dogs. The Casita shares one wall with a private shop/home office; however, your Casita, entrance, parking area, patio, and fenced outdoor space are private.
You may occasionally see the owners or their family around the property. They are respectful of guest privacy and want you to feel comfortable and at home throughout your stay.
Before You Book
Occupancy: Maximum of 2 adults. Infants and young children are welcome.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: A $100 refundable security deposit is required for incidentals.
Pet Policy: One pre-approved dog is permitted with a $125 pet fee per stay and acceptance of our pet policy. No cats.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise and respect the peaceful residential setting.

This house was just perfect for us! We were celebrating thanksgiving and my moms birthday. we had two families of 4, my mom and 2 dogs. We felt super comfortable! Lots of room inside the house and out! Closed in areas for dogs and kids to run! The pool table was a big hit with the teens! Kate was super responsive and very easy to work with. We would definitely come back again!

This home and property is simply amazing. The home is very accommodating as are the hosts. We had plenty of room and the best part was the privacy. Overlooking the hills and stargazing at night. Perfect for a family reunion!

Property was beautiful, clean and welcoming. It felt like home, even for our dog! Property manager was a text away and even delivered a night light so my mom could see in the middle of the night! If it is available, BOOK IT!

This is a very nice location if you want to have the peace and quiet of being out in the country but only minutes to downtown Atascadero. Clean, updated, good layout for larger group with the availability of adjacent casita if group size warrants it (perfect for a couple with a baby in your group). Safe, scenic location - just what we needed - a great value. Owner very responsive and easy to work with.
