Situated on the quaint Rue Aubriot, nestled between Rue Saint Croix-Bretonnerie and Blancs Manteaux the traveler finds this affordable, luxury vacation home. An enchanting spiral staircase leads you to the elegantly appointed and tranquil, fourth floor spacious two-bedroom and loft apartment located in the historic Marais district. Metro Hotel de Ville.
Restored fully during 2005 to retain its old-world charm, the residence features exposed beams, plaster walls, Velux windows and skylights, hand-made terra cotta floors, and hand-painted ceramic tile.
The residence is situated in one of the liveliest districts in Paris... tres chic! Yet when inside the residence, the street noise is inaudible.
The residence sleeps four comfortably. No lines for the toilet here as the toilet and shower are in separate rooms each complete with mirror and it's own sink.
You'll find all the modern conviences to which you are accustomed,, nestled inside the old-warm charm and character of the historic residence.

Great stay at this terrific apartment in an ideal location for us. The street is so nice that we frequently had people taking pictures in front of the door which was entertaining. It was also a short walk to multiple metro stops and a huge variety of restaurants.The host was very responsive to a couple of questions we had, and the apartment was as described. The stairs up to the apartment are significant so if anyone in your group has an issue with stairs I would consider alternatives but it was perfect for us.Our stay ran the gamut of weather conditions and the apartment was fine in both wet & chilly conditions and in a heatwave with good AC.I would recommend this location to a friend.

Host was very helpful and easy to work with. Lots of stairs but that was noted up front and understood. Wasn’t an Issue for our group. Location is perfect.

This apartment is a little gem in France. It has great old world architecture but modern appliances. The place was very clean and did allow an earlier bag drop. Those who met us during the bag drop were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the place did have air conditioning, which was needed as this is a top floor apartment and the temps hit 90, when a week prior it was only supposed to get into the 70’s. Be prepared to climb quite a lot of steps. However you are very close to a metro and a 5 min walk to Notre Dame. Plenty of little cafes around and bakeries.

Had heat and A/C. All kitchen appliances and coffee. Also clothes washer and dryer. Only down side was the stairs up to the apartment but well worth the space. Had 2 queen size beds and a twin in attic area and fold out loveseat. Had wifi included also. Communicated with whats app to owner. A nice woman oriented us to the apartment and we had secure fob to open 2 entrance doors at street level for security. Had good dead bolts also on door. Excellent location to tourist sites, metro and RER trains.
