Expect that you might encounter other guests or staff in common areas. The location is at the edge of town, on the main street and normally fairly quiet, but Ocean Beach is a bustling summer community. Expect to hear occasional noise from nearby homes, businesses and streets. There is no smoking in indoor areas. The rental will be cleaned and sanitized after your stay, new guests may be arriving at 3 pm. Before your departure the garbage must be taken out on the appropriate day.
