Nestled in Folly Beach, this charming condo for $215 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Spacious, well-maintained condo with oceanview! This charming condo has hardwood floors throughout, except the bathroom which has upgraded 12" ceramic tile floor. The family room has a 42" Plasma TV with DVD/VCR and glass French doors leading to a large covered deck, overlooking the ocean! The bedroom features walk-in closet and another TV (flat screen). Although you may want to walk and enjoy the many restaurants in downtown Folly, if you decide to cook, the condo is equipped with a full kitchen and an electric outdoor grill. Free high speed internet is available in the condo for all of our guests. This condo is located in the Blue Heron Inn, a house with only 4 units. When we purchased this condo, the features which sold us on it are: ocean view, walk to downtown , and the condition of the unit. We hope your stay here is as memorable as ours! We are very conscientious about the cleanliness and decor......we hope you enjoy! Feel free to call if you have any questions. FYI, Folly Beach passed a new law in 2023 that the minimum # of nights is 3. Also, I typically rent my condo by the week during the warmer months, Saturday to Saturday. The location was absolutely delightful! Steps from all things Folly. Pam was so incredibly nice, gave us all the info we needed for a fabulous stay. Loved the balcony and just the entire vibe.

Nice stay in Folly Beach… very short walk to the beach, shops & restaurants, loved the deck with ocean view & able to hear waves crashing! Only a few steps to Bert’s 24 hr store that carries just about everything. Clean accommodation as listed - Would rent again……

The perfect place to enjoy all that both Folly Beach and Charleston have to offer. (Easy drive into Charleston.) Loved sitting on the porch watching and listening to the ocean. Pam was a wonderful hostess and her place has everything you need for a “great escape”. Would definitely love to return one day.

We had a great time staying at this property. We have made numerous visits to Folly and always have a fine time, but prices are really going up and it's getting harder to find a place we can afford. This condo was just the right size for my husband and I, plus a very short walk to the beach and a very short walk to all the restaurants and shops downtown.

We’ve stayed at various places all over the island, and this location has always been our favorite. First time in this particular condo, it was wonderful! Just as described, and the owner was great, and easy to work with. Convenient to everything we need on Folly, and it’s wonderful to be able to walk to dinner, the beach, and Bert’s. Condo itself was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay and more. Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful VRBO in all ways. Our host had everything we needed. The location was a perfect spot for walking to town, to restaurants and with the beach right across the street it couldn't be better. We stayed only two days as we were there to attend a party at The Tides and wish we had a few days more. Thank you Pam for sharing your wonderful slice of paradise with us. Hope to be back some day.

Very please and comfortable with unit 1. Great location to walk to beach, restaurants and shops. The owner suggested a few restaurants to go to. The lost dog for breakfast was excellent. Bert’s market only a steps down the road. The porch was very comfortable. Drank our coffee in the morn and ate our desserts in the evening.

The proximity to the beach, restaurants, and general store were great! The people watching from the balcony was fun too. The owner was very responsive and helped offer solutions for parking when our vehicle wouldn’t fit. We can’t wait to book again!

Perfect in every way—what a wonderful vacation! Pristine condo—right across the street from the beach, near enough to walk to all the restaurants and shops, but still very quiet! Everything was easy from booking to check-in. The host answered the few questions we had immediately. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay, the beach access is right across from the house. We loved sitting & watching the the world go by from the porch. Also, having a private parking space is definitely a plus as the parking is really tight. The only downside was that the bed is too small for 2 people,other than that we really liked this little condo.

This was our second stay here and we fortunately got to stay for a longer period of town. The condo was perfect for me and my wife and you can’t beat the location with beach access right across the street and walking distance to all of the great local restaurants. Folly is special to me and my wife because we got married there and when we found Pam’s cute condo we knew we had to come back and actually spend more time and have our perfect stay. Pam is a gracious host and is very committed to making her guests feel welcomed. We are already looking forward to our next stay. Thank you so much for the hospitality!
