Location is excellent - right next to Bert’s Market and one block from the beach. The property does need a deep clean and some maintenance to truly match the luster of the listing photos as others have mentioned:- the screened in porch needs a pressure wash to clear out the built up dust so that sitting out there doesn’t become unpleasant from inhaling the allergens- the shower door is currently a make-shift curtain with zip ties- corners of the rooms window sills had thick black build up of dirt/dust- the dehumidifier had build up of mold and dirtOverall, we enjoyed our stay. The house is the perfect size for two humans and a dog. The kitchen is well appointed with full size stove and refrigerator, along with washer dryer. Appreciate the dedicated driveway for tenants, no fighting for street parking for your vehicle or your golf cart. Great communication with the host and easy check-in/out, including no scroll filled with “to-do” items for the renters.

Fantastic location super close to the beach. Conveniently next to Bert’s Market to grab food, snacks, etc. Great for small families or couples!
