Welcome to the Gorgeous Estates of Hunting Creek for your perfect Derby Rental. This home has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 Baths, and right at 5,500 square feet. It features an open concept with 2 Master bedrooms, a very roomy living area and kitchen, and a huge basement with a full bar. We have also recently added a beautiful outdoor living space. This home would be perfect for a large group or anyone who wants more space while they stay in Louisville.
Walk through the door and be greeted by a Welcome Basket full of some of our favorite wines, chesses, and treats. The fridge will be stocked with water, your choice of beer, and whatever mixers you require. Liquor can also be bought and stored for you by request and at an extra charge.

First let me start by saying this house is beautiful. But more importantly the owner went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. When we arrived they had left a very nice spread of cheeses and vegetables for us to enjoy as we settled in. The fridge was filled with beer as promised. They had bagels and muffins for us which were delicious.
I would definitely rent this property again.
