About this house rental
Located in Lake Sammamish, this attractive house for $540 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. With 3 floors of living space, the home is perfect for multi-generational families as well as business retreats. Recently renovated, minutes away from both Seattle and Bellevue (MSFT, T-Mobile, SBUX, Google, Boeing), with a PNW cabin feel! Exposed beams and three stories of wall to wall views of lake Sammamish and surrounding mountains make our house something out of the ordinary. Relax in the hot tub or sauna, gather on our extensive decks with breathtaking views, gas fire-pit, and fireable dining set - you won't want to leave! We have set the house up to be as convenient as possible for those traveling with children. For infants and toddlers, we have a playpen, pack and play/crib, vibrating baby bouncer, 2 high chairs, and baby toys. For the bigger kids we have an air hockey/ping pong table, fooseball table, ladder toss, and an assortment of family friendly games. With inviting living & dining areas, a great gourmet kitchen, four generously sized bedrooms, hot tub, sauna, and televisions in all bedrooms and living areas, it's perfect for a family vacation, romantic getaway or to stay in while working in the area. The ground floor features a family room with couches and large tv, wet bar with wine fridge, extra full sized refrigerator, gas fireplace, ping pong/airhockey table, fooseball table, books and games, a full bath, sauna, and a full size day bed. The 2nd floor has a living room with a large, beautiful new modular couch and television , dining room, kitchen with counter dining for four, two guest bedrooms each with closets, and a full bath. The third floor has a king master bedroom, queen guest room, small open office area, and a full bath. The master features a private deck with outdoor couch, expansive closet, and a private sink with vanity. The queen guest bedroom does not have a closet as it is locked for owner storage. Outdoor areas: Ground level has a wrap around patio with outdoor furniture and covered hot tub. The 2nd floor has an expansive wrap around deck with incredible lake views, new bbq grill, a large outdoor couch, fire pit, and dining fire-table. 3rd floor has a private deck off master - 3rd floor Master: One king bed - 3rd floor guest room: One queen size bed - Main floor guest room: One queen size bed - Main floor guest room: One queen size bed - Full size daybed on first floor We stock the house fully and try to anticipate everything you might need. All bedrooms have easily accessible outlets and usb ports next to each bedside. We have a kuerig and a standard drip coffee maker and stock coffee, k cups, and various sweeteners. We have a well stocked kitchen with lots of spices and basic pantry items and all the kitchen utensils you could every need. We are very responsive to our guests needs and will respond immediately should you encounter anything that you need during your stay. Please read all house rules before booking. the house was very nice and well equipped. we all like the fact there was plenty of kitchen ware. its nice to have all matching dishes, cups, glasses, and utensils. the appliances were high quality and the kitchen was up-to-date and clean. we didn't spend much time at the house, but when we were there it was very comfortable and it felt like "home" in a relatively short period of time. beds were all nice and there were plenty of towels. it was typical december/january weather during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the decks. i'm sure guests would spend a majority of time at home on the decks in nice weather. definitely one of the nicer properties we've stayed at using vrbo.

The house itself was in excellent shape with all the amenities you could hope for. Hot tub was clean, sauna was easy to use, and all of the consumables like toilet paper, paper towels, and propane for the grill, were well stocked. There is also a ton of fridge space including a cool wine fridge in the game room. Pictures don’t really do it justice.
I love staying on this lake because of the proximity to Seattle without the Seattle traffic. I wish we could’ve stayed another week.

The house is extremely clean and well stocked and the hosts have thought of everything. I will say that the pictures can’t do the view justice; it was just spectacular!

This is the third time we have stayed at this property and it was as wonderful as always!! Rental communication was simple, check in was a breeze, and the house was exactly as pictured/described.

This home was just as beautiful as the pictures! Our family loved the deck, the view, and the hot tub. The teenagers loved the game room and the s’mores. This house was clean and inviting with lots of extra touches. There was plenty of space to gather together for meals and conversations, and plenty of space to get time alone or some one on one time.

I rented this house to stay with my less abled mom, my sister and my son. This was for the week before my other son’s wedding. We had an amazing stay. Weather could have cooperated a bit more but views-even with fog or haze are spectacular. The kitchen is stocked and cooking was easy. The hot tub and sauna are wonderful. Laura was very responsive when we couldn’t get the sauna to work. Once figured out, we didn’t have any problems. For my mom who is 87, this is not handicap accessible. (We new this going in). She was able to make 1 flight of stairs and stayed on the main level. Shower on main level is a shower tub combo and was hard for her even with a shower chair that we brought. (We also knew this going in so it isn’t a complaint just in case someone is in the same position looking to rent here. A hand held sprayer and grab bar would be perfect.) the upstairs master bedroom, closet and shared bathroom are fantastic! The bed is amazingly comfortable! I had the best nights sleep! All the beds are very comfortable in this house. What a great touch with the s’mores kit (small flame pot included)! They were delicious! It would have been wonderful to use the deck and fire pits if weather had cooperated more. Next time! Thanks for a great stay!

It was a lovely home and perfect for our family. Kitchen was great, and the patio space was lovely.
The heating/ac was a little challenging and not balanced. The upstairs bedroom with the patio was receiving all of the heat or cooling.

We had a great time with our family as we attended a nearby wedding. Amenities were really good. Slight issues were hot tub temp (set at 109, took forever to cool) and limited parking given the size of the place.

This was a nice place for a group of people to get away without being too far- the view of the lake and the features of the house made it an ideal setting to get away for a few days!! The property manager was very responsive to my questions and the house was amazing! Highly recommend!!

We came up to check out a university for my 11th grader and brought our 4 kids age ranged 9 to 25. There was plenty of space for all of us. The property is clean, the bedding is comfy, and the home has all the amenities you could need with a beautiful lakefront view. The homeowner is easy to reach and everything went smoothly.
