About this house rental
Situated in Gilford, this charming house for $300 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Enjoy your stay at this newly renovated Chalet at the top of Gunstock Acres with views of Lake Winnipesaukee and Gunstock from every room. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, has one king bed, one full size bed, one bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a full sized futon . The house is equipped with 2 flat screen TVs, washer/dryer, internet and new appliances. It's all set for a home away from home. We are located less then 5 min from Gilford Beach, Ellacoya and Weirs are also close. Enjoy your morning coffee on the first floor wrap around deck or on your second floor balcony with access from 2 upstairs bedrooms. Each deck has magnificent views of either Gunstock or Lake Winnipesaukee.

We enjoyed everything about the actual stay - very nice!
We felt pressured to pay the General Global Assistance insurance or face the possibility of a really high deposit. The cabin was expensive enough as is. This seemed like an “extra” way to make money, along with all VRBOs fees.

It was within 4 mins to get to Gunstock for our Bronco 4Wheel Weekend.
Very accurate on the “breath taking views” but the fog kept rolling in, but still beautiful!

We loved our stay! The house was lovely, the view was amazing, and the communication was very easy. All in all, the perfect long weekend to relax and enjoy the view! We had everything we needed at the house and the location was perfect for the few activities we wished to take part in. We highly recommend and would love to stay again some day!

As advertised for our 2 day stay for a wedding in Laconia. Wonderful location and very private. Restaurants and stores located within a 15 minute drive as well. Beautiful view as well. I would have hoped for more flexibility on the 4 pm check in time and the 10 am check out time.

House was very comfortable and well stocked with all the essentials (cookware, spices, paper products, etc). The view is truly breathtaking and pictures don’t do it justice! Owners were great with quick communication when needed.

It was just what we all needed. The views were breathtaking. We enjoyed morning cup of tea/coffee and breakfast on the porch looking at mountain peeks through the clouds!
Plenty to do around Gilford as well with the little one.

this hse worked out great for my family of 9,we had a weekend wedding at the margate and for all of us to stay there we would of had to get 7 rooms for 2 nights, ,finding this house was a life savor it was much cheaper for us, we were only about 15 min from the hotel, the views were beautiful, there was just enough rooms for all of us and for once none of us turned on the television,
it was the best weekend getaway for my family.

My family had such a great time. We did have an issue with the tv but I have to say it was nice not having it on and just enjoying some music and each other ! Can’t wait to go back ! Thank you to the Hosts !

This is an amazing property! Gorgeous views, gorgeous house. No issues with the house or communication. House was clean and smelled nice. So close to so many activities. We went to the escape hour house and had a great time. Love the welcome book with information on the house and local spots. A little windy up on the mountain but we still enjoyed the deck and views. House was stocked with plenty the essentials and amenities, even games! We will definitely be returning!

My family had a wonderful stay at this property! Amenities were great as well as everything you could need with a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and even a full size washer and dryer! Robert and Andrea thought of everything to make this a cozy and comfortable stay! The views were so gorgeous! Only regret was not being able to stay longer! Will definitely rent this property again!

Nous avons adoré ce logement: une propreté impeccable, une décoration chaleureuse pour se sentir immédiatement chez soi, un aménagement très fonctionnel avec tous les équipements nécessaires, une superbe terrasse avec vue panoramique et du très bon mobilier pour en profiter à chaque instant. La situation géographique est excellente pour les visites, le lac, les plages, le shopping. Très facile et rapide pour communiquer avec Robert, qui en plus avait immédiatement accepté de reporter notre séjour d’une année dans le contexte de la pandémie. En résumé, une belle maison où on a envie de revenir.

Breathtaking views and gorgeous sunsets! The owners thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and inviting. This one was truly, bring your bathroom supplies and your luggage. We so appreciated everything that was already there, since we arrived on motorcycles and luggage space was limited 😎.
