About this house rental
Nestled in Montopolis, this charming house for $561 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. For a large group or family, this is the home you’ve been looking for! Beautiful backyard with gorgeous pool, putting green, fire pit, and deck with grill and prep table. Plenty of chaise loungers to relax on which is what vacation is for, right? 1 King, 1 Queen, 5 Twin beds, 8 additional twin day beds/trundles, air mattresses (if requested), 3 Full Bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs). Laundry Room with washer and dryer. Full Kitchen with everything you need to cook a great meal or entertain your guests (except the food). 4 miles to Downtown/Convention Center/Zilker Park, and the airport, and 7 miles to the Circuit of the Americas make this home the perfect central location for everything going on in Austin. An Echo Show (Alexa) is provided in the kitchen and all bedrooms have an echo dot to play music or set alarms or whatever you would like Alexa to do. All sheets, pillows, comforters, and blankets are provided on all of the beds. There is no maid service during your stay unless requested for an additional fee. As of now, they only clean between stays. There will be starter amounts of basics as well: Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, Paper towels, Body Wash, Shampoo, and Conditioner, along with towels for all guests. This was the perfect house for my group. 12 minutes from downtown and 8 minutes from the airport. Daniel was very helpful and responsive, and the house was very clean. The beds were comfortable and fit a very large group of us. The property is nicer than the pictures suggest.

Our original property was not finished so Mr. Huckaby upgraded us to another of his properties very near by. Mr. Huckaby was awesome to deal with and the property was great. If we stay in Austin again we will use Mr. Huckaby's properties.

I had a ton of issues with VRBO but Daniel worked me to accommodate our family. He is very accessible. Property was great for our family, great location. A little dusty, but generally pretty clean.

Great Place for Large Group in ATX
Visited with a large group (18) and a pup. Location was right by the airport and not too far from DT/6th street. Daniel was super welcoming and helpful - talked on the phone the day before the trip to get all accommodations taken care of. Provided extra blankets and towels for the guests. He stopped by a few times to help us with things we needed in the house. Our group had a GREAT time in austin!! We will be staying again.

Perfect location, amazing for big groups
Daniel’s place was exactly as described in the listing. 15ish minutes from the airport and 15ish minutes from downtown. We were a group of 15-20. Enough beds for everyone and comfortable. Multiple full bathrooms for a big group to get ready in a timely fashion. Amenities galore. Daniel was responsive and assisted with every question I had. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend! Thank you for a great stay!

Great property - perfect for large group
We were in town for the livestock show and this was the perfect home for our stay. The listing was better than described and the property owner was so easy to communicate with. Fast responses to the questions that I asked, and the check in/out process was so easy. The house was great for a large group and in a great easy to access location. We will be trying to stay at this location again next year when we are back in town.

Our troop visited Austin for a long weekend and wanted to all stay under one roof. This house was very nice, clean, and Daniel was very responsive. The house *was* listed as great for a party and listed as sleeping 25. Those have been conveniently removed by the owner. We had setup to have 6 people stay there, I was asked about our group and explained that we were a laid back group of friends that wanted to have a dinner party, and I explained we would be having some friends over. The night of our stay I get a call from Derek yelling at me about lying to him. Apparently he wanted an exact number of people that would be coming over not just staying, but instead of approaching it like an adult, he came in yelling. Really unfortunate.

Very comfortable indoor living quarters, and you can sleep a bunch of people!!

I took my college reunion here with 15 people and it was PERFECT! Daniel was extremely communicative the whole time and reachable at all times, though there were no issues - only questions. Highly recommend. Super close (literally 4 minutes) to the airport too!
