About this apartment rental
One bedroom apartment with lots of natural light, 10 foot ceilings, private entrance, sunroom, living room, small kitchen, large bathroom, walk-in closet and very small capacity stackable washer/ dryer. Sunroom overlooks front garden with downtown skyline views. Kitchen is open to living room which has french doors to sunroom. Bedroom is large with queen size bed and laundry in walk-in-closet. There is gated parking available and plenty of street parking. This apartment is on the first floor of a 100 year old house in the most diverse neighborhood in Atlanta - Historic Old Fourth Ward. Some people may be intimidated by this diverse and transitional neighborhood. You will see people of all races so if that makes you uncomfortable you may want to stay elsewhere.
There's plenty of free street parking if you park 20 ft from crosswalks and 15 ft from fire hydrants. We have one spot available in our gated driveway behind the house that there is a remote on the coffee table.

Patrick was a great host. I was able to find street parking at the front of the house, retrieved the remote and then opened the gate

The art and furnishings were so intentional and lovely. Host was very responsive. The place was also very quiet and peaceful.

I would definitely come back and stay at this property again. It is an extremely clean, well kept place with plenty of towels and large bathroom. It only had a toaster oven but if you're not staying an extended stay likely not an issue. The front sun room is gorgeous and I spent many times soaking in the sun when I was still working. Free netflix. The location is amazing. Close bike ride to the beltline or to multiple parks and downtown. It is a busy and vibrant neighborhood. I walked around it alot. It was not always the quietest because there was a park a block away and there is lots of construction that starts early nearby. Neither of these things bothered me since that is part of living in a city but maybe something to keep in mind. The best part are the owners- friendly, responsive, and gave great recommendations- plus a cute dog named Bella that let me pet her! When I come back to Atlanta I hope to book here again
