With easy access to I-630, you are just minutes away from the Clinton Library, Museum of Discovery, Arkansas Arts Museum and Little Rock Zoo.

Originally built in 1935, the cottage was renovated in 2009. The original architecture was maintained and modern conveniences were added such as stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile and granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, cable, flat screen TVs, gas fireplace, internet accessibility, and a security system. Other features include central heat and air, an open floor plan, and hardwood floors. The house also offers a cozy electric fireplace and two covered porches.

Outstanding property. Location was convenient to Little Rock downtown/riverfront area and state capitol building. Close to interstate, traveling to and from property was easy. Home was very spacious, clean, and will kept. Host responded back to communication quickly. I would booked this property again! 5 out of 5.
