NEW 2022 Coffee Table, End Table, Sofa Table and Twin Convertible Chair NEW American Leather Patented Queen Sleeper Sofa 2021 NEW STOVE 2020 and NEW SMART TV'S 2020, NEW CARPET 2019 BE THE FIRST ONE ON THE SLOPES IN THE MORNING (OR GET AN EXTRA 30 MIN SLEEP) Brand New Quartz countertops, New Carpet, New Couch, New Refrigerator, New King Bed This is one of the few true ski-in / ski-out condos in Winter Park with a walk out patio to the village. First floor 1 BR with brand new king size memory foam mattress and new linens, a full kitchen & bath (not kitchenette or 3/4 bath), new pull-out sleep sofa with memory foam mattress, fully furnished and ready for use. Amenities include walk-out patio, gas fireplace, garage parking (additional fee during winter), sunrise views, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ski locker use, bike locker / storage, tv & cable, free wifi, easy access to laundry (literally across the hall) and access to slopes and trails. There is no Air Conditioner in my unit, in the building or in the entire Fraser Valley for the most part. If you are someone who values being first in lift line in the morning or hitting the last run in the day, you cannot beat this location!! WP STR licence # 004640

Building is right next to gondola! Condo was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We didn't use the queen sleeper sofa, but did open to see how it was - VERY comfortable!
Ground floor unit also allows for exit from balcony/patio. Snow plows had pushed up a snow pile which we appreciated because it gave privacy for the windows (we left blinds open for natural light & didn't worry about closing at night), and we were able to walk up & over the snow (had fun building "steps" into the snow!). Well-built building, we never heard anyone above us
Building is true ski-in/ski-out accessed from the hot tub area just past the very convenient ski lockers. Even this unit's locker location in the locker room is great, right by the entry/exit door. Easy location to walk the village, shop, or grab a bite to eat. Driving or free shuttle into town of Winter Park is a quick trip & building's underground heated parking, $21/day, is great if you bring a vehicle. Stairs up from the garage open just outside condo's door, or use elevators just down the hall. Plenty of pushcarts on-site for moving luggage easily
Hot tub area, w/ two tubs for Slopeside end of bldg and more tubs for Riverside end, is fantastic for relaxing after a day of skiing! Gas logs fireplace was cheery to sit by in the evening and easy to operate with a timer mechanism that we could set for how long. Large screen TV's for streaming w/your own logins (but its not Roku TV). Traci & Dan were friendly & easy to communicate with.

So close to gondala. Lots of eateries close. Very clean and has everything one would need. Food to borrow in a pinch. We didnt need anything, but a great idea. We took a free shuttle to safeway, which was cold and unpredictable. There is a small convience store also close for quick things. Highly recommend condo. Easy condo check in. Nice resort. Workers very polite. We got 6 inches of snow, so very happy! Lol

We stayed for 2 nights - very nice, clean location. Enjoyed all the amenities within walking distance. Had a nice, convenient drive to Pole Creek Golf Course as well. We would definitely recommend staying here and very much enjoyed our stay!

The condo was very clean and very suitable for our family of four. Zephyr Resort was great location to all the amenities. The owners do an amazing job with a very detailed check-in & out packet that also includes many other resourceful information.

Pulled into WP after a couple nights camping in Granby. This spot was perfect for myself, wife and daughter. Location is the best n the condo provided everything we needed to really enjoy WP.

Pictures as described. This is true ski in ski out. Well stocked kitchen that had everything you needed. Comfortable beds and nice clean towels. Hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. Winter park is a great ski hill.
Traci was very responsive to my basic questions. We also added an extra day months after we booked and it was handled within 20 minutes. Amazing host.

Nice condo and very comfortable. Great for two or 2 plus kids. Slopeside refers to location of building, not condo. To get to the slope you go out your (inside door), down a long hallway, up a flight of stairs to the ski locker. Then out the door, put on skis and ski down to gondola, which is very close. Skiing back in involves some poling on the corridor trail.

Great place to stay for our first trip to winter park. The room, ski lockers and proximity to the gondola were very nice. The room had everything we needed in a rental and the owner was easy to communicate with.

This is a very comfortable, well appointed, super clean one bedroom unit, truly ski in/ski out. We loved this place! Comfy bed, nice bath, fully stocked, perfect location, detailed info for check in and property, easy to use ski locker, warm gas fireplace, restaurants a few steps away, big couch for lounging in evening. Highly recommend! We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo unit was exactly as advertised. It was pristine, clean, comfy, well-appointed, and convenient. Plus, you cannot beat this location with ski-in, ski-out access to the mountain. The owner, Traci, was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful thoughout our stay. She provided detailed info on the condo amenities and she even left infomation on local dining and activities. We would definitely stay here again with such a fabulous host and great condo!!!! Thank you to Traci for our perfect WP vacation accommodations!! 10 out of 10!!!

I rented the property for my daughter and grandsons. They had never been to Winter Park, so I got them the room. They really loved everything about the
Room and Winter Park.

We did not spend much time in the room Just to sleep. Air movement was minimal and, because there were no screens on the windows and door we were not comfortable keeping them open at night. Finding the correct building for lockbox and room was a challenge. Otherwise the room okay

Base Location
Very clean, and easy access to the gondola, bike park and village. Covered parking is great. Really all we needed was at hand, didn’t even need to get in the car while there.

Place was clean, comfortable, fully furnished and in a great location. Owners were welcoming and communicative. Only thing we didn’t appreciate was how much cleaning we had to while also having to pay to have it cleaned.
