Situated in Fort Mill, this lovely cottage for $94 per night is a great choice for your next break. Cosmetically remodeled in April 2022! Single family, furnished, all inclusive home with easy highway access, 20 min to uptown Charlotte. This home is 1000 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed, second bedroom two twin beds, third has three twin beds. Zen back yard with nice stone patio and fire pit. Small pets are welcome. Direct TV package has innumerable movie and sports channels. High speed WiFi available. Off street/free parking. Drive 10 minutes and take the light rail to uptown Charlotte. Across the street from the house is Walter Elisha Park and Alice Springs Close Greenway, a 2,100 acre nature preserve in Fort Mill, South Carolina, was dedicated to the public to serve as a natural buffer from urban development and a place for countless activities – from hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding, to picnics, kayaking and more. Many restaurants and shopping very close to home. Washer/dryer with detergents are provided. Also, coffee maker with coffee/cream/sugar. Why would you ever want to leave Fort Mill? It has wonderful restaurants, shopping and out door activities. In fact, it was just voted for the safest place to live in SC, the smartest city in SC and is nationally voted as one of the best places to live in America. Stayed here for thanksgiving break with our two young kids. Beds were comfy, clean linens. Lots of towels to use. Overall a good place to sleep, we did not spend too much time at the house. Very close to Walter Elisha which the kids loved.

This property would be fine if it had not had a pest problem. I contacted the owner and she was responsive but it was disappointing. Additionally, it was not very well appointed with supplies. We ran out of TP, and the cooking items were not very good quality. All of this makes this stay average.

This is a cute little home that was extremely clean and organized with extras like supplying shower and laundry products and lots of spices in the kitchen. It seemed to be within 20 min or so of the lake, downtown Charlotte, and the surrounding areas as we drove around the region exploring for a future home. It was close to downtown Fort Mill with several restaurants. The kids enjoyed playing at the playground just a quick walk down the street. Check in and out are very easy. One bathroom took some maneuvering with 3 generations and 7 people, but it worked and there are lots of sleeping locations with 3 bedrooms, extra twin size pull out bed, pack-n-play and a sleeper couch. We recommend this location to friends.

The house was very clean. Beds were not very comfortable, decks are in terrible shape & rear deck is unsafe, they show a fire pit (none there), it also in 1 spot says Direct TV (no Direct.). But it was an average place to stay.

Comfortable stay
We enjoyed staying here while attending a tournament at the Rock Hill sports complex. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed to relax. We brought our dog and there were lots of places to walk her safely. We did not see a fire pit, but chose to stay inside since it was cold out anyway.

This home has literally everything you need and for a nice day, a walk to the main spots in Fort Mill is doable. Excellent communication with very polite owner, too.

Clean and practical
The first impression was suspect as the yard could use some maintenance (but it was the tail end of winter) and not all of the neighborhood is well kept. A maintainence guy could fix the little issues in a few hours (door issues, electrical outlets, twin bed support) and, I have learned if I don’t bring all the pillows I want, I need to wash what’s there. I would rather have a king bed and more than 1 TV, but I knew that prior. It was very clean and had the basics I needed.

Quick weekend getaway for soccer tournament⚽️
Perfect stay in every way!! Excellent location down a quiet and quaint street and was about 5 miles away from Rock Hill. We were able to enjoy some sights in Charlotte as well. The beds were super comfortable and the home amenities were amazing. Jenna was a great host and even received us with a bottle of wine on the table. Would definitely stay again!!!

Perfect stay!
Easy to work with before, during and after! Clean and comfortable and convenient to Ft Mill and the surrounding Charlotte region. Beds were comfy, house was cozy. Exceeded our expectations and far outweighed a hotel experience for a small family with a little one! Thanks Jenna!

Cute lil house
The house is cute and has everything you need. Beds are comfortable and it was clean. Cable TV and hulu, WiFi. Neighborhood was a bit scary (not asthetically pleasing) at first but we didn’t have any problems.

Amazing!!!
We stayed here to flee Hurricane Irma and it was like a home away from home. Everything in the home made us feel so comfortable and the neighborhood was in the perfect location. We were right down the street from a huge park where we took our pups for long walks. We topped our last night off grilling burgers and making smores. It was like a perfect mini vacation!

Great property and location.
Property was very clean when we arrived however there was lots of flies in the house. Perfect location for what we needed. The shower needs some attention i was worried we may pull the lower tap off the wall when flicking the water over to the shower. Lots of room and kitchen was great with loads of room for cooking etc. I would have liked a kettle as we don't drink coffee and the coffee machine supplied made it taste like coffee. We boiled hot water on the stove top really old school lol. Thanks for a great stay the TV was awesome and kept my little one busy for a while each day. Parks were great and just up the road.

It was lovely, just as described
The house was comfortable and we'll suited for our family get away.
It was off the beaten path but Google map brought us right to it.
We used all of our rooms. The kitchen was high functioning. I loved the pots and dishes. We used the washer and dryer. Newer model, lovely. I would only suggest for kitchen new door hinges on laundry doors they were hard to slide open/closed. And brighter lighting over the kitchen table. But we still loved it. The Net Flicks/Hulu was a nice added bonus. But another quick suggestion the living room was warmer, even with air on...we did move the wall table off the air vent and it got a little better.
The beds were very comfortable and the central air worked well throughout the house.
We loved the area...close to stores and restaurants.
We would definitely recommend it and we would definitely stay again.

Our family loved the location of the modern cottage. So close to cute Fort Mill and the Dairy Barn were the wedding was held. The family was jealous that we had such nice accommodations for such a reasonable price! The home had everything we needed and was comfortable with such fine towels and linens. The communication with the owner was outstanding and we will recommend to friends and stay again when visiting the area!

Cute. Near food and other entertainment
We come to Lake Wylie for a baby shower and chose to stay at this house in Ft Mill. The house was clearn and as presented. The one bathroom was something of a problem with 3 women but we survived. Nice backyard and a small deck area allowed us to spread out a bit. I would recommend this house for a stay in the Ft Mill or Lake Wylie area.

Wonderful cottage getaway
Jenna was so welcoming, informative and kind. She kept an open line of communication to ensure we arrived safely and enjoyed our entire stay. As well as making sure we easily gained acces to the cottage. This cottage was so inviting, warm, organized and clean. My family enjoyed our stay from the beginning to the end. Very Nice House
The house was perfect for our stay. Out of the busy city but still very convenient to Charlotte and many other attractions. Kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were all very clean and well stocked. We didn't want for anything.

Great Vacation
My husband and I just spent 2 weeks at this house. It was clean, comfortable and everything we wanted. It is close to the Old Fort Mill downtown, a short drive to all the newer stores/restaurants and very convenient to Route 77. We have stayed in a number of rentals throughout the U.S. and Jenna's cottage rates at the top of our experiences! Thank you, Jenna!!
