Situated in Cannonville, this charming house for $195 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Located in serine Bryce Valley. Only 15 miles from Bryce Canyon. Beautiful 3,000 sq.ft. Built in 1993, Has a rustic charm, Built in 1993, some say we're dated, mauve colored carpets, so what, it's been called "just like grandma's house "This is a comfortable family pet friendly home.Nope it ain't perfect, that allows you to relax, you don't need to worry about taking your shoes off or spilling a drink or a little pet fur. This is about exploring the great outdoors, We give our guests a great home that's very affordable for large family's, a place that they can be themselves. Thoroughly cleaned in between each guests, washed sheets ect.. at a good value and lots of room to stretch out, This home gets lots of 5 star reviews, not to be confused with 5 star resorts..totally not the same. We're out in the country, The location of this home is what's it's all about. surrounded by Redrock views. Unfortunately Verizon just erected a cell tower right next to our property (needless to say we are not happy) see pics, Get away from all tourist traffic of Bryce Canyon. Peaceful setting in the farmlands. located next to the Paria River at elevation 5800. Yes, ther is a small little house on next door that is also a vacation rental. ther is a wood fence between the 2 rentals Otherwise it's a very Private, 2 acres all fenced and gated. Home is center to the gateway of The Grand Staircase Escalate National Monument. Hiking, 4 wheeling Trails in all directions. 100's of family's have loved their stay here. House is equipped with the following, Telescope, Hiking Maps, Trail Guides, Huge home, 3 levels, Loft has a Futon/full size bed, Main level, master bedroom has a king size, private bath, comfy coach, and living room, lots of carpeted floor space for 2 inflatable mattresses, Downstairs/Bar Room rustic big bar and pool table. has a pull out sofa. Downstairs bedroom is extra large, has a queen size and a full size bed, can sleep up to 12

This was a good place to stay with three dogs and very conveniently located near Bryce Canyon NP. Description of VRBO is accurate. Communication with the host was great and always prompt.

House was very comfortable and so easy to commute to both the grand staircase and bryce canyon. Kitchen had everything we needed to eat every meal for 4 days. Easy to to Tropic for supplies.

We had an excellent time here - My husband, my mom, our four kids, and I stayed here while visiting Bryce and Zion. It's a little bit of a hike to Zion, but totally doable. It's not fancy, but it's incredibly comfortable and has amazing views. We even roasted hot dogs and marshmallows in the fireplace. If you're more interested in being comfortable than trendy, check out this rental. Also, while you're here, try Bryce Canyon Pines restaurant - you won't be disappointed!

We all definitely recommend running over to Bryce Canyon and watching the sunrise/sunsets there at the designated points. The house was great! It had pretty much everything we needed. There was plenty of room for the family to spread out. It was an overall great experience. The only con was trying to find the correct driveway. The directions given by the owner were spot on, but we arrived in the dark. It would be helpful to have sensor light on the property, which I did see, but it didn’t come on. The lock box was very tricky and a bit frustrating to get open. The owner was very kind and was easy to reach to direct us though. The air mattresses, like most air mattresses didn’t keep air and deflated. There was a good stock of anything we needed. We were on the tail end of toilet paper though🤪. We made it to the end though. The door leading to the basement was a little tricky to find so maybe some signage would be helpful for the next guest’s. Other than those small suggestions it was a great stay and so much fun to be able to have a big group (11) all stay together and still be able to have others gather to visit! Thank you Tom!

The property was perfect for our purposes. Everything we needed was there. I was even able to make nectar for the hummingbirds so we could sit outside to enjoy watching them. It is located conveniently to amazing sites. The visitor centers are so helpful.

Great place to stay!
The house was centrally located to Bryce Canyon National Park and the Grand Staircase. The house had plenty of room for us and the kids liked the pool table and jacuzzi tub! We had a great time! Thanks

Great Experience
We spent an extra ordinary week with our grandson at this beautiful and comfortable house. We highly recommend visiting this home when you get a chance. We will return.
