It starts with an amazing view from the balcony and the location of the property is a 10/10 , right in front of the beach that provides you easy access to the beach and nearby cafes also. The atmosphere is really safe and you can find literally everything nearby, be it cafes,rental 2/4 wheelers,souvenir shops and what not.
The host and caretaker has been really welcoming with us during our stay, especially Mr. omanakuttan(caretaker) was really helpful and co-operative throughout our stay. We stayed for 3 nights and literally felt at home with in house breakfast options with scenic morning beach views at the covered terrace having an island kitchen is worthy of every penny you spend here. You can also get beach chairs for free from the property.

Great location and a great host. We enjoyed our stay at neela waters since the stay is right at the beach and the morning breakfast with a view was lovely.
The electricity was a nuisance every once in a while, but the host assured us that it will be taken care of on priority.
