About this house rental
This 3500 square foot house sits on 20 acres with 360 degree views of Glacier National Park and the Bob Marshall Wilderness. There is a large open kitchen/great room with timber accents, rock fireplace, and large windows that walk out onto a covered porch and patio with outdoor fire pit. Includes leather couches, large screen t.v., and pool table.
There is an apartment above the garage that is rented separately, called the Glacier Hideaway. The apartment has a separate entrance and is oriented in the opposite direction from the house, so both places maintain their own privacy.
Parties or weddings (any event allowing more persons than those renting the house) allowed with written approval from homeowner and come at an additional $3,500 cost, and only opens the property outside of the home to other. You still need to rent a tent, porta potties, tables/chairs, etc.
No one outside of the people staying are allowed without prior approval, and no more than 4 vehicles allowed anytime. Sadly, several renters have used my house as a party place resulting in broken items, additional cleaning and outright disrespect. If you have plans for anyone else visiting, please inquire and provide details.
1) Respect quiet hours between 9 pm and 8 am.
2) Please treat this like your home and keep floors, windows and counters clean throughout your stay.
3) BBQ Grill must be cleaned after use or will resolve in a $40 cleaning charge.
4) Put nothing other than toilet paper in toilets...we have a very sensitive system that will backup if clogged.
5) No beer pong
6) No incense or candles please and thank you.
7) Do not use metal on the pots and pans. If scratches are made, you will be charged a replacement fee.
8) No parties or events. No persons other than those renting the house allowed only with written approval from homeowner and may come at an additional expense. Snow Moon Ranch was absolutely incredible.From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the property. Every direction offered a breathtaking view—tree-covered mountains, snow-capped peaks, peaceful water, and scenery that felt almost unreal. Whether it was sunshine, rain, cool mornings, or sunset, every moment was beautiful.The home itself was comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and perfect for our entire group. One detail we especially appreciated was the room stocked with toys and activities for the kids. Those extra touches made such a difference and helped make the stay enjoyable for everyone.Lindsey was an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and wonderful to work with throughout the entire process.What made this stay even more special is that Montana has always held a special place in our hearts. We chose Snow Moon Ranch as the gathering place for our family during our Montana elopement weekend, and it could not have been more perfect.From morning coffee overlooking the mountains to evenings around the campfire, this property provided the backdrop for some of the most meaningful moments of our lives. It reminded us exactly why we fell in love with Montana in the first place.Snow Moon Ranch wasn’t just a place to stay—it became part of our story. Fantastic location. Within 5 minutes to park entrance. Lindsey was amazing as far as responding quickly in all communication. Toys in the closet for the baby.
