Located in Inlet Beach, this charming house for $1,250 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Awesome is the only way to describe 'Sea Zen', this newly remodeled home located next to Rosemary Beach and only 150 yards to beach. After a day at the beach relax in your own 18 x 36 heated pool surrounded by tropical landscaping. Let the kids swim while you grill dinner beside the private pool. Everyone can spread out in the six large bedrooms, five baths, plus a den with a sleeper sofa, where the kids can hang out in their own space. There are flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and living room, the gourmet kitchen features a Kitchen Aide professional range with plenty of counter space. Downstairs, there are 3 king bedrooms. Upstairs there is one king bedroom and one bedroom with a queen bed. Our bunk room has four bunk beds sleeping 8-12 people and a sleeper sofa, there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the first floor children's media room. There are 2 wooden high chairs, 2 Pack N Plays. We spent the Thanksgiving holidays at this property and had a great time. The house is spacious, close to the beach, and comes equipped with most everything you will need i.e. highchairs, many kitchen pots and pans, wine openers, etc.

This house was perfect for our two families (including 7 children). The location was great -- very close to the beach and also walkable to all the Rosemary attractions. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of space and we all loved the pool and playing cornhole in the backyard. Ross was very communicative and great to work with. We definitely want to stay here again.

We had the best time during our long weekend stay. We were down to celebrate my wedding with closest friends and family and this home was perfect. It was stocked with all necessities and very clean. Ross was great with communication and very helpful. We will be back!

Perfect size for a large group. Plenty of outdoor and indoor space. Great amenities. Walkable to beach and down. Ross was very responsive and check in was easy. Did not have a lot of soap/shampoo or trash bags.

Overall we really enjoyed staying here! We had 14 girls, and the house was more than enough in terms of size and beds. The kitchen and porches provided the best spots for hanging out. The beach was about a 5 minute walk which is very convenient for the area, where most houses are much farther from the beach.

This house was perfect for our family of 19. We had plenty of room and everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The backyard/pool area is beautiful and a perfect place to come after a day at the beach. Host is very nice and easy to communicate with!

Property's location was ideal, adjacent to Rosemary Beach but offering a more private beach with close access. Home provided perfect space for our 15 family members. Property was not without some minor issues during our stay related to ice maker and golf cart which the owner responded to with local repair. Overall favorable stay.

What I liked most about this house was how well equipped it was for a multi-generational family to enjoy! High chairs, baby gates, a wagon and golf cart to get the provided sand toys to the beach, a fantastic back yard with covered eating area and grill, outdoor shower, great pool and pool toys, corn hole game, and nice grass side yard. Lots of gathering areas inside for our big family, stocked with games and wonderful eating areas inside and on the balcony. The bunk room was amazing!
Ross responded promptly to any questions we had. I highly recommend this home.

Our large extended family stayed here for the second time and really enjoyed! There were even some updates and improvements. We love the size of the house and the bunk room for all of the kids as well as the multiple ocean views and easy walk to the beach. Rented the golf cart to help get people to and from the beach or to town center of Rosemary; although you can’t actually park, it is still very helpful. Great stay again! Thank you!

This is a wonderful vacation home for a large family gathering. The house was spacious, beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It’s a short walk to the beach and walking to the town along 30A was under a mile…an easy 15-20 min walk!

We had eight adults and two infants. The house was perfect for our group. There is a lot of space indoors and a lovely backyard with a great pool.
The location is very close to beach access and there are gulf views from the deck. Rosemary Beach town is less than a ten minute walk which is nice. Since this is more of a residential neighborhood there isn’t the crowd you have in Rosemary. There is a Publix about 2 miles away and good markets to buy local seafood. It’s a great house!

Beautiful property. Great location. Very spacious. Close to beach. We celebrated a friend's 50th Bday Girls getaway cooked in the kitchen and had plenty of room and enjoyed our dinner on the front porch with an amazing view of the sunset

This property is exactly as describe, and Ross (the property owner) was amazing to work with. Our family had a great time! The private pool was the cherry on top of this rental. Beach is a 3 minute walk. So glad we had the golf cart to shuttle our tents and chairs. This was one of our best rentals ever :-)

We have been taking a family vacation to the Seacrest, Inlet Beach and Rosemary Beach area every summer for the last 20 years. This house was one of the best, if notTHE best property we have rented. And we have rented many homes in this area over the years. Great location. Great amenities in the house. The kitchen is fabulous. Especially if you enjoy cooking even while on vacation like my family does. The family room is really great for large groups. Lots of comfortable seating. Same with the large dining space. The private pool area was very, very nice and was fairly secluded — which is unusual for the area given how close the houses are to one another. The bedrooms were very spacious — especially the two masters on the first floor. Ross, the house owner was great to work with if and when we had questions or concerns. A golf cart (for an additional fee) is available with the house. I would highly recommend renting it for the ease of taking trips to the beach.

Seazen is simply amazing! Our family vacation included 12 adults and 12 kids (ages 3-14). There was plenty of room for everyone! The beds are comfy and the rooms are large. There is an awesome living room with a pull out sofa on the first floor where the kids piled up to watch movies. At bedtime, the bunkroom was perfect. The kids loved having their own area to crash and spread out. The older kids were at one end of the large room and the younger kids were on the other side. It was perfect. There are two bathrooms on that floor which makes it nice because it is the same floor as the kitchen, dining and living room area. Even with all of the huge rooms, we spent so much time on the back patio by the pool. The fountains and the pool lights at night were a big hit. There is a large covered area with 4 tables and chairs and a grill. It was perfect for the rainy days! Even though there was a lot of construction going on around us, it did not deter our stay. We rented the golf cart and enjoyed taking the kids around to see the rest of the area. The downside is that you cannot take the golf cart into Rosemary Beach or park it at the two closest beach entrances but since the beach entrance is so close, it wasn't a deal breaker. We got to the beach at 6:30am every morning to set up our area close to the ocean because it gets extremely crowded. If you rent chairs, that is not an issue. Rosemary Beach is also within walking distance and everyone enjoyed some time away shopping and eating. This house is well maintained and well stocked with everything you need. I loved that even with our big family, the house stayed cool at 70 degrees. We also spent time on the second floor front porch as it provided a wonderful place to feel the ocean breeze and relax. Ross was extremely easy to communicate with and took care of everything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a memorable beach vacation. It is by far our favorite beach house.

The PERFECT Week
We introduced all of our family from California to the beautiful white sands and emerald coast of Florida and none of us wanted to leave. This house was the perfect fit for our family reunion and was a beautiful retreat to gather our family all together. Countless hours were spent in the beautiful backyard swimming and playing cornhole tournaments for hours. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked for all of our needs. We loved our stay and will be definitely coming back!

We stayed at this home with 19 people ranging from 1-70 years old. The backyard is AMAZING. The pool is the perfect size, there is plenty of seating, the grass area is clean, the outdoor shower is so helpful, and there are plenty of pool side chairs. The pool has a fountain feature which is so fun and can be turned on and off to your liking. When you go out to the patio there is a pool alarm that sounds which is very helpful when you have several small children. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fabulous with tons of room to spread out. The bunk room is so much better than the pictures…..well designed and the kids had so much fun. All bunk beds were occupied during our stay with several age ranges and the room is large enough that they weren’t waking each other up with every move they made. There is construction happening on one side of the home but we were so busy with the pool and exploring the area it did not hinder our stay. We rented the golf cart plus another 6 seater golf cart plus several bikes. We all agreed that the bikes were the better option instead of renting the extra golf cart. Easy to bike/walk everywhere, parking for vehicles/golf carts is tricky for the area. This property is very close to several beach access points. Owners were very easy to communicate with. It is a wonderful location and we hope to go back some day.
