Included is a large outdoor sitting deck space with wall to wall views of the pines and flowery meadows the Ochoco’s are best known for. miles west of Mitchell. The Painted Hills and John Day River are nearby. Walton Lake is only 15-20 minutes away. Marks Creek runs through the property.

Winter Sports Area. Cross Country Skiing & Snow Shoeing out back gate when snow arrives. Snow Park & Snowmobile trails just a mile away.
