Spacious rooms, lots of greenery, walking paths, lots of help available.
Cons: no one available at desk overnight so guests could not get hold of front desk staff, get golf carts etc to front office with their luggage and thus missed their shuttle to airport.
Also pillows were very thick and it became uncomfortable to sleep on them

The ranch is wonderful so fancy. They had a short delay in having our room ready so they upgraded us to a cabin which was like a full duplex with full hot tub on large deck. We were blown away with the Brasada Ranch facility and guest service
