Plush Accommodations & Spa-Like Baths Sleep soundly and wake up refreshed with room for the whole group:
Bedrooms: 2 plush King beds and 2 Queen beds, styled for ultimate relaxation.
Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms (each featuring a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer) plus a convenient half bath—ensuring no morning wait times for your group.
Entertainment & Outdoor Living Inside and out, every detail invites you to play and relax:
Private Theater Room: Perfect for movie marathons or game-day excitement.
Backyard Oasis: Soak in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit for starlit conversations, or enjoy morning coffee and evening wine on the gorgeous patio.
Game Night Ready: Features a Karaoke machine, and a dedicated Poker/game table for friendly competition.
Gourmet Kitchen: A fully equipped chef’s space designed for preparing memorable group meals. Note the owner's pantry is locked off by default, but can be accessed for needs upon requests.
World-Class Resort Amenities Your stay includes discounted rates to help offset the Brasada Ranch per-day, per-person Resort Charge (required for all guests ages 6+; billed after booking). These resort privileges unlock an incredible menu of activities:
Championship Golf & Spa: Access to the renowned course and full-service spa. Requires resort fee.
Pools & Fitness: Multiple indoor and outdoor pools, plus a fitness room with an open-air Peloton studio. Requires resort fee.
Active Recreation: Tennis and pickleball courts, horseback tours, and stocked fishing ponds. requires resort fee.
Family Fun: Kids’ center and daily scheduled activities (some require reservations). Requires resort fee.
Important Stay Details & Logistics
Registration: A required registration form must be submitted at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid a $150 late fee.
Access Cards: Picked up at Guest Services upon check-in for gate and amenity access. Please return these at departure to avoid a card fee after your payment is made.
Blackout Dates: No amenity fee or Athletic Club access on July 4–6, 2025, or Aug 30–31, 2025.
Rates: Please inquire for specific seasonal rates and potential discounts!
Guest House & Security Note- A separate and private guest house on the property may be occupied by the Owner or another guest. Both residences are private to one another but share a driveway, a view of the backyard, and potentially the courtyard. Each home features its own private garage. For your safety and to monitor deliveries, security camera doorbells are located at the front and rear doors, along with a camera viewing the driveway. Please check with Host for any questions on the guest house and property configuration.

The house was beautiful and well stocked. The backyard was also amazing and there was plenty of space for 7 adults. The host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. The check in process was very easy and straightforward. Would definitely return!

This home was perfect for our group. We were there for a wedding and this home had everything we needed - including an espresso machine! We even got to enjoy a movie night in the theatre room. We hope to return in the future to this beautiful home!

The home here was beautiful and very comfortable for our family of 7 adults. Our host was kind and helpful. We were off and about mostly but came back to enjoy a peaceful environment! Thank you!
