Nestled in Ashland, this charming house for $364 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to the Garden Suite at Second Street Cottages! (Permit#:06-01959) The Garden Suite is located just two blocks from the center of Ashland, including the Oregon Shakespeare Festival Theaters, delightful shops, and unique restaurants and art galleries. It is one of two separate suites at Second Street Cottages: a turn-of-the-century home, now completely renovated as a travelers' accommodation. It is located on a lovely, quiet residential street in the historic Railroad District. We welcome guests to spacious, fresh rooms and wonderful outdoor space. The Garden Suite: -2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps up to 5 people -living room, dining area -fully-equipped kitchen -deck and patio -in-unit washer and dryer The Garden Suite has all the amenities: spacious rooms, hardwood floors, finely-appointed furnishings, TV/DVD player, free WiFi, and central air conditioning. Likewise, the Garden Suite has it's own private entrance, deck table and chairs for outdoor dining - as well as casual seating on the patio. Please note there are security cameras installed on the exterior of the property. Second Street Cottages also has a charming 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom unit: The Heritage Suite. It can be seen at VRBO listing #737903. Although the two suites are independent units, they can be rented together at the same time (depending upon availability). Please call for availability of a one night reservation. We are happy to accommodate if possible. Life is uncertain - we strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance for your trip. In the event of a last minute emergency or need to cancel, travel insurance offers peace of mind for all. Please consider this as we cannot offer refunds outside of our stated policies.

This is a great spot for 2 couples visiting Ashland for the OSF because each of the 2 bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom (one just also opens to the hallway). It's an easy walk to all the downtown restaurants and the theaters. And don't forget to check out the Cabaret Theater, just a couple of blocks from the OSF theaters. The productions are top notch and and a nice variety. Sugar has done a marvelous job of setting up and stocking this cozy cottage. We had everything we needed and Sugar was right there if we had questions...though we didn't. We highly recommend this cottage.

We traveled to Ashland with another couple who are close friends. It was wonderful to share the living room and kitchen spaces together while having separate bedrooms and bathrooms to use. The outside sitting areas were also very inviting and gave us plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen as well supplied. The keyless entry was easy to use and convenient. I can’t think of anything I would want to change.

What a great place! Perfect amount of space for our family of 4 for our first visit to Ashland. A 5-minute walk to the theatre festival and pretty much anything downtown. So convenient!
The cottage itself was impeccably clean and cute with everything we needed. Sugar was extremely responsive and lovely before and during our stay. Would definitely come back!

Returned to the cottage after a magnificent stay last year, and was not at all disappointed. The place is always immaculate, the kitchen well-equipped. The cottage is perfectly situated for hikes in Lithia Park, walks in the railroad district, proximity to the co-op, and of course the theater. We look forward to a return visit next year.

The property is charming and in a great location which allows walking access to downtown Ashland. The twin beds are on the small side so not really great for adults. The home also had a bit of a mothball odor.

The Garden Suite was clean, very well equipped and comfortable. It was the perfect place for four friends to get away and enjoy ourselves. Lots of conversations and walks in Ashland in between shows at OSF.

This was my second stay at this property. Both times have been perfect. The cottage is immaculately clean and well appointed, within walking distance to downtown and just works perfectly. One of the best selling points for this property is the PARKING! Sugar is a delightful host and makes sure you have everything you need.

We were in Ashland to attend four plays in three days. The cottage was perfect: close to OSF and to wonderful restaurants. We only ate breakfast in the cottage and appreciated the coffee and sugar; would have also liked some decaf for evenings..

Fantastic time in the center of town. Walked to all the shops, restaurants, theaters. Cottage is very comfy and well stocked. Was super hot out so it was wonderful to come home to cool AC.

Terrific Location
Small cottage in great condition in the Railroad District of Ashland. Easy walk to theatres, restaurants, and Food Co-op. Air conditioning was welcome during some really hot July afternoons.

Oasis close to town
We really enjoyed relaxing at our 2nd street cottage. The walk to town was short and scenic. The neighborhood is lovely with cute houses and beautiful yards. We especially enjoyed going to a nearby coffee place called Rogue Valley Roasters.
Sugar’s instructions and guidelines were very clear and helpful. The cottage was the perfect place to relax in between exploring Ashland! Amory and family

Cozy cottage with all the amenities we needed, close to town
We stayed five nights in the garden suite and it was just what we needed. Close to town and the theaters, easy walking distance to the local co-op grocery store and restaurants, too. Perfectly clean, with everything in good working order. We had one extra need while we were there and Sugar was very responsive.

Awesome Ashland
We love Ashland. This is at least our 10th trip. We have enjoyed more than 60 plays. Ashland itself is a sweet place. And this stay was no exception. They house is great. It’s comfortable. It’s in a great location. We basically parked and walk everywhere for the week (except a drive to climb Mt Ashland). We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Perfectly Idealic!
