About this house rental
12 year old 4,000 sq. ft. private lakefront home has everything you are looking for. It features breathtaking views of the lake and mountains from each of the two large deck levels partially covered and the floor to cathedral ceiling windows in the great room. Our gorgeous home is situated on a very gentle slope with no steps to climb, ensuring that you aren't so exhausted that you can't enjoy the lake. . (See details below) The walkway to the new private covered boat dock which features a slip for renters and a swim platform and 2 jet ski dock. Close to the dock is a lovely, shaded patio with table and chairs and swing and hammock close by. Great to relax and watch family on dock and playing in the water. There is a large new firepit with plenty of seating and firewood. The downstairs rec room has a TV, sectional and ping pong table, laundry room, wet bar and half bath.

Our stay at this home was great! The property and home were gorgeous. The owners were very responsive to all our communication. The kitchen was very well equipped for all our cooking needs and the many bedrooms provided refuge when we needed a little down time. There was parking along the lane for our 4 boat trailers, which was a big plus. We enjoyed the deck with all the seating options every day. The walk up from the dock was just enough to get the blood pumping , lol. The dock was very nice and the table and chairs on it were appreciated. This channel of water can get choppy from boat wakes, especially on weekends. Powell Valley Marina is busier than it used to be so there is more traffic but it is very convenient. I would highly recommend this property for large groups and families. We made many wonderful memories there!

It was a great house for our family of 16. There was plenty of room. It was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything that we could have needed. They even provided the firewood. Our only complaint is the bed and pillows were very hard.

The house was great. The parking was inadequate and the waves at the boat dock were definitely an issue.

Great house well stocked kitchen, beautiful area, powell valley marina is very close, so that is handy, and they have great food . House was very clean the owner was very quick to answer any questions, would recommend to anyone who has a big family or group of friends to have a blast together
