We are a VRBO Premier Host
Once you set foot in our beautiful home, you will fall in love and never want to leave! The best of everything Nashville has to offer: location, style, and comfort! Meticulously decorated with luxury in mind. Elegant plush-down comforters in every room so you can sleep like a baby. Spa master bath with double vanity and bathtub. We also have a dedicated laundry room that features a front-load washer and dryer set. We also have a Pack-n-Play available for those visiting with little ones.
Location
Located in the bustling, hot section of downtown called "The Gulch". Walk to the Best restaurants in towns, shops, bars, coffee, grocery store, wine store, Barre 3, Barrys Boot Camp and much more.. A short walk gets you to any of the hot spots, lowerBroadway (Honky Tonks), 12South, Germantown, Edgehill Village.

This luxury home is 2 story, 2200sqft
House sleeps up to 10 guests. 3bd 2.5 baths

-Bedroom 1 w/ primary bath: with Luxury king bed with 500 threat count linens and down comforters, TV. It's connected to the Master bathroom w/ Shower and separate jacuzzi bath. Plush luxury towels.
-Bedroom 2: King Bed w/ luxury linens, TV
-Bedroom 3: Queen Bed w/ luxury linens
-Shampoo, conditioner, soap, blow dryer
-Pull-out couch bed sleeps 2 Full Size. Located at open loft landing upstairs.

First and foremost, I will happily stay here again. Michael is extremely responsive and truly cared that our stay was outstanding. He takes pride in his home and checked in more than once to see if we needed anything. The house is quiet and comfortable. Beds are very comfy. Everything was in order and clean. 15-25min walk to most everything in Nashville including Broadway. Check in and out was great. He even text we could check in an hour earlier than the 3pm check in time if we wanted to (we never asked to but we appreciated the ability to).Can’t wait to stay here again (and again).

We highly recommend this VRBO and plan on booking again! Location was fantastic! The house was really clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you will need. We were impressed that the house was fully stocked with extra bedding, plenty of towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, soaps and shampoo - this place has it all! The host is amazing! You will get quick responses on any questions you have. He gave us suggestions of places to visit and eat at during our stay. Overall this was one of the best VRBO places we’ve stayed at!
