Nestled in South Padre Island, this lovely condo for $150 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Come ready to relax and be at home in this downstairs unit at the Waves, an eight-condo complex with charming porches and a tropically landscaped pool area. Beach access with public shower and bath is a short walk across Gulf Blvd. After your day at the beach, return to the comfort of two bedrooms and two baths with nine-foot ceilings and tile throughout. The well-stocked, fully equipped kitchen has modern granite counters and stainless steel appliances and is set up for your first cup of morning coffee. Sleeps six with a king sized bed in the master, queen bed in the second bedroom, and queen fold out couch in the living room. The master features a large walk in closet and private shower; second bath with full-sized tub is in the hallway. This rental is well maintained and offers a clean, modern aesthetic. WiFi, Cable, and washer/dryer are provided. Large TV in living area and smaller TV in master. A sparkling shared pool is the perfect way to end the day. Two barbecue grills in the pool area available first come, first serve. Two reserved tandem parking spaces! Love this place. For the past three years we have come back every summer. It’s located so close to the beach. Plenty of space. Super clean. The host is always available when needed. We will be back next summer.

We loved the home. It's comfortable and well decorated and would not only stay here again but would recommend it to others. The only thing that was less than perfect was a tech issue with the TV upon arrival and the owner wasn't easily assessable due to her traveling overseas at the time of our visit. However, she more than made up for it by providing her cell number which proved to be the only reliable way to communicate. Thanks - it was a great get-away!

This condo had all that we needed to have a wonderful stay on South Padre Island. Close walking distance to a fantastic beach with restaurants and shopping nearby. The bonus for us was it was Pet friendly and our dog did very well. Definitely would come back.

The floors where super dirty they had sand there was so much much hair everywhere from the previous people. Bedsheets smelled dirty. We had to wear our sandals or shoes inside the house due to how dirty the floors where.

The property was comfortable and fit our needs. Close to beach access. A few broken fixtures, ie towel and toilet holder in mb bathroom. Also, little to no hand soap. Dryer did not work well.

The condo was about a 1 minute walk from the beach access walk. Loved the bottom floor access. We could leave our sandy beach chairs and shoes outside with no worry they would be taken. The space is perfect for a family of 3 - 4. The one challenge is children staying in the second floor condos stomping around which created loud noise coming from our ceiling. This is not in the control of our condo owner. Parents - please be considerate of those in the condo below if you have children running around inside your second floor condo.

It was nice just the bedding seemed a little old and ran out of toilet paper. They wanted trash put in cans but were full. But overall nice place

The place was nice and close to the beach and the A/C worked great! It is small and you could feel sand on the counters and the floor. It would be perfect for 2 or 3 people, but not big enough for a Family of 4 or more. Need to update kitchen accessories (pots/pans/utensils). Other than that it was a nice place to stay in.

We were in town for my niece’s wedding and needed a nice place to stay. We were not disappointed. The location is perfect. It is very close to beach and right in the center of the island. Plus it’s very clean and has all the amenities you need.

We loved this place. We stayed for a full week and it was comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. The beach it about a 3-4 minute walk and they have showers to rinse off at the beach access and at the pool. The pool is on the smaller side but luckily we never ran into a big crowd there and my 3 yr old daughter had a great time with pool floats. Overall, it was a great stay with all the necessary amenities and was clean and comfortable.

I loved how close it was to the beach, but their were rwo things that kept this from being 5 stars. One, was the floor was already sandy when we first got in and two, the dryer took like 5 times to finally dry our stuff. It was badivally pointless to havr the washer and dryer which was important to us since we have an infant. Other than that, check in was easy and its close to the beach.

I stayed 3 days at this location so that I could attend an event at Claytons. The location was my favorite part of this place because there was an access a block away and at the end of the street there was a restaurant and liquor store. I didnt use the beach stuff that was available in the condo but it was nice to know we had an abundance of options (chair's, canopy, pool thing's, etc). The 2 parking space had me concerned but there was plenty of free parking near the property in case guests stopped by. I would definitely stay here again. The host was nice and responsive to all inquiries I had.
