Downstairs, you’ll find two generously sized bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and the kitchen and living room also have their own AC units for total comfort.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a gourmet gas stove and oven, a modern refrigerator, and all the essential utensils and cookware you’ll need to make yourself feel right at home — whether you’re staying for a few days or a few weeks.

The property outside is exactly as advertised. The pool is great for lounging with drinks. There is even a kiddy pool for the little ones. A huge covered seating area is structured for parents to supervise the kids while having drinks. Josue was a great property manager/bartender. Everything is structured around outdoor living. Great bar, huge dining room outdoor table for 12. We didnt use it but there is a mini put course below. A perfect place for families and or partiers. That said, the house itself is a little dated. Needs paint, caulking etc. Nutty incoherent light switches and fans. Couldnt figure out what they all did. Furnature could use recovering. Would be nice to have non plastic dishes and glasses. Our toilet seat didn't quite fit the toilet. One couple said their bathroom smelled. Closets were low to the ground, not very ergonomic. For us 6 this was just a little removed from town and a little too far from the private beach. To boot we had bad weather and we couldn't really enjoy all of the outdoors. The saving grace was Josue who organized our every need, transport, ATV's massages etc. He really is a treasure and should be greatly apreciated by the owners. We hope some money goes into updrades inside to enhance the overall experience.

The staff did their jobs very well! Josue, made all our drinks, and filled us in on all the local things to do. We went fishing with a company he recommended and we caught at least 16 Mahi! He was also fun and pleasant to be around during the day. Lulis and her helper made us a great breakfast every day and cleaned the inside of the house every day. The pool and cabana were very much enjoyed by us. The golf carts we rented from the house were well worth the money, because you were not going anywhere without them. Sayulita and the closest beach are not in walking distance.

We had such a great time. The villa is in a stunning setting and the house is authentic, beautifully maintained and special. Lulie and Josue took fantastic care of us. Popping into town on the golf cart was fun but even better was returning to the serenity of Las Hadas Del Mar. The whole week was outstanding!!

The location is fantastic as you are just a short mile from central town, yet you are in the peaceful jungle with ocean views and a pool. It is very private, peaceful and relaxing. We loved that the house included a golf cart, and we didn't have to rent an expensive one.We were so pleased with the home, the view and Frank was amazing. He coordinated transportation, reservations and all the needs we had! We can not wait to go back.
