la proximitรฉ de l'Acropole et du quartier central et optimal. les hรดtes sont trรจs rรฉactifs et serviables.
en revanche la dรฉcoration est dรฉsuรจte.des murs en blanc transformerai l'appartement et mettre des meubles un peu plus moderne et cela serait au top.
la clim du salon n'est pas assez puissante et ne permet pas de rafraรฎchir la chambre..
il faudrait une clim dans la chambre.

Die Lage ist optimal. Fuรlรคufig zu den meisten Sehenswรผrdigkeiten. Viele nette Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nรคhe.
Besonders toll waren die 2 groรen Balkons ( oder kleinen Terrassen - wie man es sehen will ).
Einer davon mit direktem Blick auf die Akropolis.
Beide Balkons mit Tischen und Stรผhlen ausgestattet, so dass man schรถn sitzen und den Ausblick genieรen konnte.
So wirklich negativ fanden wir eigentlich nichts.
Etwas "nervig" waren eventuell die Treppen, da das Haus natรผrlich keinen Fahrstuhl besitzt.
Aber das hat nur bei der Ab- und Anreise mit dem Gepรคck ein wenig gestรถrt.
Eine Investition in einen kleinen Kleiderschrank wรคre vielleicht auch nicht verkehrt. ;-)
Aber bei einem kurzen Aufenthalt kommt man auch damit klar.

Fantastic location to spend time in Athens, on the doorstep of all the sights and lovely restaurants. The apartment was very homely and the balcony had a view to the Acropolis. Easy to find and clear instructions on how to access. Felt like staying at a friends house. Right in the centre but very quiet.
Everything as expected, but just be aware that there is no elevator and the apartment is on the 3rd floor.
