About this condo rental
Located in Vail, this lovely condo for $230 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Stunning mountain view, condo with fireplace, full service kitchen, 2 decks, TV (cable and netflix) & washer/dryer. A tastefully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with peaceful, private mountain location; one of the best in Timber Falls. We can sleep 4 adults comfortably and can accommodate 4 adults/2 children or 5 adults; specific details can be provided upon request. Two decks, one off master bedroom, other off living room. The deck off of the living room overlooks BLM (meadow and mountains). We are on the free Vail bus route that takes you to Vail Village and ski lifts in minutes; easy walk to closest bus stop (TF stop is only 1/10 of a mile). Ski, snowboard, cross county ski, snow shoe in winter, hike/bike/concerts/market in summer/fall. Flat screen TVs in living area and master bedroom with cable. Free high speed Wi-Fi internet. In summer relax on the deck while grilling your favorite meal. Enjoy the serene view of the mountains (on occasion wildlife venture out in the meadow). Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, utensils, condiments. Linens, towels and toiletries are provided. Stacked washer/dryer in condo. Enjoy amenities of Vail Racquet Club for small daily fee - heated pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center & classes, spa, tennis and restaurant/bar or Avon Rec Center offering work out equipment, hot tub and swimming pool. Come and enjoy year-round activities.

My husband and i stayed here for our Vail ski trip. This unit was perfect. It has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. It was very clean, quiet, spacious and a short 2:00 walk to the free shuttle to get to the slopes. The hosts were very responsive to questions we had. Close to Safeway and Sims Market for food. Would stay here again 100%

This is the second year I have stayed at this property. This is a great unit and I highly recommend it.
The bus stop for the free bus that goes to the Vail Village Transportation Center picks you up just 2 blocks away. You will be one of the first to get on the bus so you always get a seat. You can take an elevator from the 4th floor of the Transportation Center down to the street level in Vail Village and come out directly across from the covered bridge that leads to the main Gondola in Vail Village.
The kitchen, dining room and living room overlook a meadow and woods so even though the entire back of the unit is windows you have a lot of privacy and a great view. They do have shades that can be drawn if you want more privacy.
This unit is well equipped. Lots of dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, pans, and silverware. But they also have foil, wax paper, plastic bags, paper towels, napkins, some coffee, and olive oil. Food processor, waffle iron, power wine opener, and plenty of storage dishes with lids.
Every single drawer in the kitchen is well stocked and not "locked to store owner only items." The closets are fully available and have plenty of hangers. There are plenty of extra towels. There is a bank of hooks in each bedroom to hang your bulky items.
So if you forget to bring something check around before you run to the store.
There is a washer/dryer inside this property and they have a few laundry pods. Air filter for both bedrooms. Humidifier for both bedrooms.
We store our skis and poles in the back of our truck when we get home each day so we don't have to carry them up and down the stairs. There is a bench outside the front door in the hallway so you can take your ski boots off and shake off the snow before you step inside.
In fact, the only problem with this unit is that people that don't plan ahead will be unable to find available dates.

This was my 5th year of spending New Years at Lynn's home. We love this place because of many reasons:
1. We love to cook and this kitchen is full equipped for everything you need.
2. The view of the mountains and trees is beautiful and so peaceful.
3. It's quiet and cozy and you never hear the neighbors.
4. The fireplace is the BEST and perfect for winter.
5. Everything is spotless and the linens are great!
6. The parking lot is plowed daily when there is snow.
7. The free bus stop is a quick 5 min walk.
8. Vail Village is 10 mins away by car
9. The Racquet club has a great little restaurant and the spa is so great to use with a day pass.
10. After 5 years of staying here, it really feels like a home away from home in the mountains.

This was an excellent vrbo experience. Our hosts were probably the best you’ll find on any rental website, friendly, accessible prompt and helpful in addressing questions about their property. We love East Vail but pretty much everybody here and in Vail for that matter has to deal with the drone of I-70. It was tolerable for me and I used ear plugs at night when I kept the windows open. The condo is exceptional for a couple of 70 year olds as ourselves and we would gladly rent the unit next summer

The home was lovely. It was everything and more than advertised.
Everything was provided if you forgot your toiletries. We so enjoyed watching the amazing numbers of hummingbirds that were on the back deck. The view in the back was great. We saw deer and a fox.

Lynn's place is a 10 minute drive, or 20 minutes by bus (3 minute walk), from Vail Village. The bus stop is the first real stop, so getting on was easy. People at other stops have a tougher time.
Everything is just right. The shelves in the kitchen area labeled, so everything has a place and is easy to find. The couches are big and comfortable (my 14-yo son claimed the big one on the first night, and slept there all week), the beds are good, the showers have good water pressure. There only thing we were missing were drawers in the bedrooms. The closets are big, but there aren’t any dressers.
Out the back sliding glass door is a great, wide open meadow. Nothing blocks the view. Plenty of light.
On top of this, Lynn helped us out with quick responses, and initially engaged the HOA president to help us accommodate a second car for a couple of days. The whole experience was excellent.

The condo was great because it was quite, clean, has a huge back yard that goes into the woods. The owners were very responsive and the on-site manager Bob was incredibly helpful. He let us borrow sleds from he basement. The condo is cozy and has all the things you need: laundry machines with detergent, fans, extra towels, blankets, board games, Netflix, and even a rice cooker with rice provided. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Our stay here at the condo happen to be for a medical emergency for our son. Lynn was so wonderful and encouraging me and helping me through this whole process. They were very easy to work with and the condo was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place do anyone

Spent 3 nights with my 2 sons here and found it to be perfect for our needs. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels/sheets/bedding. Lynn (owner) was great to work with, and was very responsive when we had questions. She quickly worked to resolve an issue with one of the showers. There is a shuttle stop very close by, but we chose to drive to Vail each day and pay to park in town.

We had a wonderful time at this easy to access first floor condo unit. Quiet and floors were thick so very little noise. Comfortably spacious for the two of us, but would easily accommodate 4 persons. Unit was very clean and kitchen well-stocked. The woods out the window were lovely to watch as dawn broke. Lynn was great at communicating and answering questions. Would stay here again.
