Decent aparment and location but terrible managment company

Good location and overall was nice flat and community

Customer service was honestly shocking. Firstly they didn’t meet us on time and left us standing outside in the heat for 30 mins plus with a toddler. Eventually some cleaners arrived and let us in, no introduction, no explaining anything in the house, just opened the door and left us to it! We had to demand cleaners came back Same day as sheets were full of hairs and bugs and general condition of apartment was not fit for guests. And then To make things worse the AC in the Master didn’t work for 3 days so we all had to share 1 bed! So clearly the aparment wasn’t checked if it was in working condition before welcoming new guests. My wife was very upset and just wanted to leave. I suggested they sent a member of their team to finally show us around the apartment and offer some kind of apology but it never happened. Sometimes I would have to message 3 different people just to get a reply from the managment company. Honestly awful customer service.

beautiful penthouse in a perfect location

The location was perfect, the property was equip with all essentials and very tidy. There were also 2 pools which were never too busy. Very helpful staff and great taxi recommendation. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

I don’t believe it was made aware there was a beach club right behind the property and you could hear the music till early hours one morning. Didn’t bother us too much but as a general I do not remember it being mentioned. (I may have missed it)
