It was excellent, the location, process of the hotel, clean hotel. Overall, excellent
I did not appreciate the behavior of one of the staff members, the boy with yellow/blonde hair (usually wearing black). He was disrespectful toward customers and made us feel unwelcome at the hotel. His attitude was unfriendly, and at times he appeared to be slamming things around and showing frustration, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. He also seemed to be constantly watching guests and looking for mistakes in order to lecture or reprimand them, rather than offering assistance in a courteous manner. Customer service should make guests feel valued and welcome, but unfortunately, that was not the experience we had with him.
