Staff was pretty helpful and sweet.. things were clean , had other services too like bike bike rental etc which is a convinent , It was close to thalang road and major attractions in phuket old town..
ALso near to bus terminal from where you can get any public transport.. A lot of 7/11's were nearby that's a plus...
AC was not working very well i mean even if temprature set to 18 degree it was doing barely any cooling , all three of us hostelmates could feel hot even while sleeping because AC was not very well cooling..
The Tap water coming was very slow i mean it was small stream it was so thin meaning very less water was coming as compare to standered one..
Mattres was very hard(I guess that could be a preference)..
But overall very good ill say...

Great location right in the middle of Phuket old town. The host and his family were lovely and very friendly. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the stay is great value for money.
The dorm room was very hot at night when the curtains around the bed were closed.

Friendly hosts, complimentary instant coffee and water refills daily. Cute decor. Comfy beds! Great location, only 3 minute walk from all the bars/restaurant areas but also close to the local cheaper food spots!
Water pressure in sinks could improve, not very social, maybe because there weren’t enough guests, on my last night i had a guy checking in into my room at 1am that asked weird questions, not the host’s fault but it was scary because it was just me and him in a 4 bedroom dorm.

Fabulous location, owners were really friendly and helpful.
Our room door didn’t lock from the outside so when we wanted to leave our room, we had to lock our belongings up in a padlock cage. Which was secure but we weren’t aware of this upon arrival.
The shared toilets were infested with ants.
We could not get the shower to work.
The window in the common area was left open at all times hence all the bugs and lizards.
And the bed was very uncomfortable, we had sore backs each morning :(
