Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cette villa. Tout était parfait du début à la fin.
L'accueil a été exceptionnel. Un immense merci à Sophie pour sa disponibilité et son sens de l'organisation : elle a su faciliter notre séjour avec beaucoup d'attention et de gentillesse. Martine, la propriétaire a été également très réactive et toujours à l'écoute ce qui est très appréciable.
Un grand bravo à Sergio : les repas et les petits-déjeuners étaient délicieux. C'était un vrai plaisir de commencer la journée avec une cuisine aussi savoureuse.
Mais au-delà du lieu, ce qui nous a le plus marqués, c'est la qualité humaine de toute l'équipe. Une gentillesse rare, une attention sincère et une véritable envie de faire plaisir. On se sent vraiment accueillis comme à la maison. Un grand merci également à Roméo et Paquerette.
Bref, une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter. Merci encore à toute l'équipe pour cette très belle parenthèse.

TOUT!!!
L’emplacement de la villa dans un endroit calme mais pas loin des villes comme hell-ville, dzamandar ou ambatoloaka (lieu fréquent pour les sorties bateaux).
La beauté de la villa avec sa piscine et la vue incroyable sur la plage et le coucher de soleil c’est un véritable paradis.
Mais par dessus tout c’est la gentillesse et la qualité de service du personnel:
- Sophie qui fera tout pour réaliser tous vos souhaits une véritable pépite cette dame
- Sergio le meilleur cuisinier que j’ai connu de toutes ma vie, j’ai aimé tous ces plats c’était incroyable
- Pâquerette toute timide mais qui est une véritable professionnelle du nettoyage, la villa était toujours propre.
- Roméo qui est le garant de l’espace extérieur avec lui le jardin était toujours un coin de paradis et la piscine toujours propre et opérationnel
C’est certain je reviendrai car on a tous les avantages de l’hôtel sans les inconvénients.
Merci à la villa KINTANA NAKA nous reviendrons très certainement sans hésitation car comme son nom et la traduction l’indique cette villa est devenue « NOTRE ÉTOILE ».

Thank you Martine, Sophie, and the rest of the team at the villa – we had a truly memorable stay! This villa in Nosy Be was everything we hoped for and more – a beautifully decorated home with breath-taking views, thoughtful touches, and kindest, attentive staff.
From the moment we booked, Martine went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. Even before our arrival, she was available to answer our many questions, offered tips to help us plan, and organized our airport transfers. She kindly arranged for a meal to be prepared for us on arrival!
A special thank you to Sophie, the on-site manager, who was always available and incredibly helpful. We were able to communicate easily with her in French, and she took care of every request with efficiency and a smile. She handled our grocery shopping, which made our stay so much easier – no need to negotiate prices or worry about finding the right things at the local markets.
The chef, Sergio - was also outstanding – we were able to request meals based on what we were craving, and Sophie would help organize any fresh produce or ingredients we needed. Before we knew it, a delicious, home-cooked meal would be served – fresh and made with care. He also baked a yummy cake when it was someone's birthday (that's how we found out that he is a pastry chef)! Other members of the team also added so much to the experience. Romeo kept the pool and garden clean and was friendly and always available, and the housekeeper did a wonderful job keeping everything spotless. She even took care of our laundry and placed it out for us once it was dry. She was kind enough to check whether we wanted our rooms cleaned, so everything was done based on our preference.
All in all, Martine is incredibly lucky to have such a kind, hard-working, and attentive team caring for this We left with full hearts and are already missing it dearly. To those lucky enough to stay at the villa next – enjoy every moment. We’re already envious!
Just a quick note for non-French or non-Malagasy speakers: while not all team members are fluent in French or English, we had no trouble communicating. Basic French and a little help from Google Translate went a long way — even our friends who didn’t speak French managed just fine. It’s a small thing to keep in mind, but it takes nothing away from the experience or the incredible kindness and attentiveness of the staff.
