The room was very expensive for what is was. Really lacked maintenance and cleaning.

Loved the view! Especially the amazing sunset.

The views, the apartment was very spacious, the communal pool was beautiful.

One TV for the entire apartment. It's very rare to stay somewhere these days and not have TV's in the bedrooms. The apartment had had a general clean when we arrived but if you looked at things closely it was quite dirty and needed a spring clean. The kitchen wasn't well equipped to host people for dinner. The apartment got very hot in the afternoon. No mop and the vacuum didn't work.

Beautiful on the outside but terrible service and amenities

The location was excellent, very quiet and secluded, nice pool and apartment was a good size and spacious. The housekeeping and valet staff were very helpful and friendly.

The customer support management office in dealing with our room issues was extremely poor. We called at least 10 or more times continuously requesting for them to come fix the AC dripping water in one of the guest bedrooms and ceiling leaking water in the master bedroom. But nothing happened for 24 hours even though they said someone came to fix it. Further, due to this absurdly bad response, we were unable to sleep in the bed because water was dripping down from a hole in the ceiling on to the bed! We were only staying 3 nights and we could not use the bed for 2 nights! Even when the housekeeping staff came to change the sheets were shocked to see the water dripping on to the bed and took photos reporting the issue to their management. Also helped move our bed away from the dripping. The technician came on the last night and couldn’t do anything because the water leakage has caused the part of the ceiling become soft and a bigger hole. He could only out tape over it and come back to fix it when we have checked out. Still cannot believe the type of service and inability to provide the basic customer service as a hospitality provider.

景色がよく、部屋が広く綺麗です。バギー付きなので外出にも便利。港に歩いていける距離なので、お酒を飲むときは歩いて外出できます。アパートメントタイプだけれど、タオル・バスタオルだけでなく、プール用のバスタオルもついています。シャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディソープ・ハンドソープ・洗濯用洗剤が設備されています。10時のチェックアウトですが、私たちの乗る飛行機が遅かったので、レイトチェックアウトをしてくれました。

特にありません。もっと良くなるために：タオル等はひとり1枚なのが少し不便です。洗濯・乾燥させている間、タオル・バスタオルが無くなってしまうので、ひとり2枚づつあれば、ストレスなく使うことが出来、便利だと思います。また、私たちはラッキーなことにレイトチェックアウトが出来たが、もし10時のチェックアウトになるならば、大きな荷物を預かる所が最初からあれば、不安なくこのアパートメントに宿泊できたと思う。

Very comfortable, convenient and cozy.

It is very modern, practical and beautiful surroundings. Perfect for families holiday and more. Stocked up with great kitchen utensils, coffee machine, great gas stoves and dishwashers.

The BBQ is not easy to turn on.

Hidden Cove 16 was amazing. So crisp, clean and OMG the view!! Just perfect. Whales with my morning coffee - just perfect.

Hidden cove 15 has a nice location, but needs a lot of maintenance before charging a top dollar

Pick up at the airport was nice and on time, view from the balcony is amazing, complex pool is nice

Upstairs shower door is broken (for a while) - impossible to use, Air conditioning in the living room doesn't work (offsets circuit breaker if trying to start), Bifold Balcony doors are jammed and hard to open/close. Property is poorly maintained for the money.

Wonderful.

Beautiful house and view is amazing. Very clean. Beds are super comfy. Great communal pool. Very happy with accommodation.

Only small things but for the price per night I would expect more amenities - no staple pantry items eg milk, oil, salt, pepper, paper towel, cleaning utensils for bbq etc. No fresh towels offered mid stay. Minimal dishwasher tablets for a 5 night stay and only 8 coffee pods for 5 nights with 3 adults (I would expect one per adult per day). Only one buggy comes with house and its old and needs updating as the seat belts are intermittently faulty and wiring exposed. For such a large and expensive place I would expect a second buggy to be included.

A lovely stay for our first trip to Hamilton Island.

Immaculately clean, comfortable, very well equipped, spacious, lovely facilities.

Two of the three showers leaked badly due to poor design and blocked rains. Tried contacting the property managers but no reply.

Hidden cove has perfect location, it’s quite but nearby the town center.

The floor is not very clean when we arrived.

Superb

Beautiful property, everything was high quality. Complimentary valet service was great.

Could be better equipped with basic essentials for a short stay. Minimal dishwasher and laundry detergent, tissues etc. We had to ration our supply to ensure they lasted the week.

the birds (cockatoos) always wanted to eat your food. couldn’t leave the balcony door open without them wanting to get in. Also too much stuff in the kitchen cupboards. so much I would never use

Dreamy break

Location and the view from apartment was absolutely stunning and made our stay, staff made sure our check in and check out went perfect and were super accommodating. House was extremely clean and prepared well, great amenities, everything you could need was already there and you didn’t even have to ask for it. By far one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The property exceeded our expectations, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The view was spectacular - uninterrupted Seaview and sunset. We can tell the owner really put their heart into making this apartment a welcoming place. Loved the buggy, open plan kitchen, smart tv, a wide range of facilities and add ons were provided including board games and books. Will definitely be back!

Air conditioner needs a good clean, water tastes a bit funny perhaps a filtered tap would help resolve. Also wish the bed was a bit more comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
