The location was perfect for all our needs. Near the Metro and perfect for getting the Alibus back to the Airport from Naples Pisacane Wharf. Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable and the toiletries and mini bar were a very nice touch. The terrace was a nice extra to relax in after a day out, and Bruno our host was on hand within minutes at all times. Easy check in and check out, and very clear instructions. Thank you. We would stay here again.
Nothing at all. The unfair comments about the decor of the staircase etc are very uneducated. Naples is a historic area and the condition is to be expected. If you don’t like the beautiful views, don’t book a place with lots of stairs. It’s good exercise after all the lovely pizza and pasta.

The host was very kind and helped us with parking. The apartment is in a great location relative to the city.
The building is old, so there is no elevator, it may be difficult for someone to climb to the 3rd floor because of the suitcases, but it was ok for us.

It was in perfect location,very close to the centre of Naples with good restaurants.Walking distance from station and attractions.It was clean ,well equipped with the basics .Fairly comfortable bed .Perfect if you visit Naples for a few nights.The owner was very nice and welcoming .The room was very clean .There is a smoking balcony (shared) look down the port of Naples .
Maybe the only negative thing ,if you arrive with big luggages, be prepared to climb some stairs.But that’s about it .

The room was clean and offered unlimited coffee. It also had a mini bar with decent prices which was very convenient especially if you forget to stock up before going to the room. Easy access to the metro.
Even though the listing clearly mentions the lack of an elevator, we did not expect it to be so difficult to go up those stairs. The building is old and the staircase not very well maintained, the steps were higher than normal and made it difficult to go up with the suitcases.
The mattress was of good quality, but the frame was not very steady and every move or turn was noisy. Plus, laying in the bed was like sitting in a hammock, bed and legs higher than the body.
The bathroom had a strong sewerage smell and the shower head was wobbly.
