Great breakfast but not a clean room

Location in the center, few parking spaces, very nice breakfast and kind staff.

Rooms were not clean, I don’t want to go into details but I’m not even sure room was cleaned from last guest…

Good

The room was clean, and the equipments were enough to have a good time there. Bathroom was clean There were free water bottles, and coffe/tea

I didnt like the fact that i was told to leave the hotel only after 6 hours, even though i have paid the full price for the day. They told me they have an internal policy, even though in booking i had the room reserved up until third of october!

Exceptional

We requested a double bed and that is what we were given in a twin room option. You could not hear a noice from outside, eventhough our window was facing the main street with lots of traffic. The room was spacious and it had a very comfortable bed.The bathroom was spacious and stylish. The hotel is located close to a huge shopping center which is really convenient for any needs one might have. Staff is another bonus of this hotel. They were nice, polite, very helpful and always wearing a smile.

We could not stay one more day in this lovely hotel.

Breakfast was very filling and delicious.

There should an option for a low cost room with a single bed, sized Full to Queen. We had to push the two small beds together.

Very nice people, great facilities, I recommend it.

Currently the street outside is under construction, as well as the property across the street. They start work early.

Superb

Excellent location in Ferizaj. The hotel and the room were very nicely finished. The room was spacious and had all necessities. The lady at the reception was friendly.

There is no one to take your bags and no elevator also parking lot get full do to the randome poeple parking in hotel parkings. Breakfast is by order i waited more than 30 minutes to get my order and it came cold with horrible taste Also price is hight compare to the hotel

The best hotel in Ferizaj. Nice room and friendly staff.

Breakfast was quite good.

There was some misunderstandings first day we had breakfast but everything got solved quickly.

Good

Location is great, the rooms large and never had a problem looking for a parking space. Rooms and the bathrooms were comfortable and spacious. Initial night the water in the shower didn't heat up but the subsequent days it was great.

Breakfast could be better, stayed for three days and the variety was very minimal. Some items were cold by the time we went down at 8:30 There was no elevator in the property and the rooms are a floor or two above the lobby. There was no offered luggage service even when staff saw that we needed help. Lamp in the room needed a bulb change, asked twice in two different days, nothing was done.
