I think this place has potential with a bit more attention. the room was large and everything worked well. it was during a heat way and it was super hot, a fan would be a nice touch. I think a good deep clean would be good. owner was very attentive and helpful.

Practical place with private parking and green outside the premises. My dog was allowed which was lovely, considering Nantes doesn't have a lot of pet-friendly places. The owner was very nice and clear with the instructions, it was very easy to check in. The bed was particularly comfy! In general, it corresponds to the description on booking.com.

A bit of humidity in the room but they were doing some works outside, so it could be down to that? For short stays, some basic items could be provided: i.e. soap and dish-detergent/maybe a sponge? But there was a cloth and some laundry detergent which can be useful for longer stays.
