This beautiful waterfront home, sitting on 220 feet of water frontage, a 220 foot dock, has a relaxing and modern décor and is located in New Port Richey, FL and is able to sleep up to 6 people for family, friends or business associates.
Spacious rooms in the house, 2 plush King Beds and 2 comfort twin beds, with a lot of natural light, sunlight and moonlight coming in!
Great golfing nearby!
You could bring your boat after you inform of the make, size and model to okay.
The trailer is NOT allowed in the driveway per neighborhood rules. You will need to find another location for the trailer.

Beautiful home right on the channel. Everything is new in the house and the kitchen is impeccably equipped with high end BergHOFF kitchenware. Very clean and communication with the hostess was great.

5 Stars. the house is super clean, the pool is very large. the location on the canal is perfect. fishing is going great. The contact with Deborah was excellent and uncomplicated. We would like to come again.

House was clean and had all the necessities. View was beautiful. Beds were so comfortable I could have slept all day :) Was a great visit!
