A 2015 total remodel with bright beach colors, puts you in a good mood once you walk in! The home is a Tri-level with the Master bedroom (with Queen sized bed) and full bath on the 3rd floor; large living space, kitchen/bar/dining table and full bath great for entertaining on the 2nd floor; outdoor access to the 2nd bedroom (complete with King bed and King Trundle pull out) and full bath poolside are located on the 1st level. The large covered back porch overlooks the Channel/Pool/Spa and Travertine deck - great for morning coffee/internet surfing. This house begs to entertain - the pull out leather sofa can sleep 2 more guests if needed! All new Kitchen appliances and outdoor grill makes cooking a breeze - but if you don't want to eat at home, there are many great options nearby! Green Key Beach is a 5 minute car ride away and is a luxury all its own with its beautiful sunsets. Pontoon rentals, kayak rentals, and jet ski rentals are close and fishing in the Canal can surprisingly good - you may even catch a glimpse of a dolphin or sea turtle. Want a Diving/Fishing Charter? My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. My kids enjoyed fishing and swimming. We loved watching all the wildlife. Terrance was very responsive. We will be back!

We really enjoyed everything about this house! Location, the pool, the dock, the amenities, etc were everything! We especially loved grilling out with the outdoor TV for Monday Night Football, and then cooking our fresh catch in the oven and lounging in the cozy living room. The house was so clean and smelled so fresh, and there were plenty of towels and toiletries to go around. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and we plan to stay again soon! Kudos to the owners who really take their rental seriously!

We had a great visit. Enjoyed the funky colors and cool artwork in this comfortable home. The pool, hottub and fishing off the dock definitely added to our visit with family. Accurate description and photos, easy check-in, and good communication with host.

From the house to the pool everything was perfect. Hot tub worked fine being able to dock the boat at the house and go out on a whim the weather was definitely hot but what do you expect it’s Florida not a drop of rain till the last day when we were loading it up but that was great. I’d love to come back again and will try soon.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this home. We were in New Port Richey for vacation and to visit family. Everything was clean and decorated so nicely. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus for us too. It was great to visit family or go to the beach and just come back to the house and chill on the deck or in the pool in the evening. It was a place we could definitely de-stress for the week. It’s located close enough to the beaches we like to visit. Fred Howard Park and Honeymoon Island. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. We will probably try to stay at this house again when we come to visit family. Thank you to the owner, Terrence for answering any questions we had promptly.

My family had a wonderful stay. The house was just perfect for us, beautifully decorated inside and out. We took our pontoon boat and were able to dock it in the boat slip at the house. We enjoyed the spa and pool every day. Terrance was a wonderful host, great communicator and friendly. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely return for future stays.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! Me and my 3 sons ages 16, 14, and 10 came down from Michigan to spread my dad’s ashes in his favorite places and for Mother’s Day and we had the best time in this beautiful home and area! I loved the “queen suite” upstairs! The separate area downstairs was perfect for my boys to have their own “man cave” the house was super clean, we caught a bunch of catfish off of the dock, the jacuzzi was perfect after a long day in the sun to relax in, the pool was warm and so cool at night with the color changing lights, Terrance was super helpful and responded quickly to all of my questions, and he even gave us some fresh snapper that he caught and I grilled them up to make some delicious fish tacos! Not too mention but the house is superbly located to all of the great areas included Windsong Charters which we took a pontoon out to anclote key! I can’t say enough good things about this place! Even the my boys said it felt like home! 10/10 stars from me!

An absolutely amazing and extremely clean house. We used the pool and hot tub daily, which didn't disappoint. The neighborhood is so nice and peaceful. A cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the water was a perfect start to each day. Enjoyed shopping and dinners in downtown Tarpon Springs, which was only a short drive from the house (10 minutes). My mom said it was a "dream house" and she was so happy to have joined us. Terrance was a great host. The entire process from start-to-finsh was seamless. No issues. Would definitely stay again!! Overall experience was 5-stars plus!!

My daughter & I spent 10 nights and had a wonderful visit. We loved the house and the view was awesome. We thoughly enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Terrance was very kind & helpful. We definitely will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was adorable. The spa and pool were lovely (heating the pool was the way to go!) We rented a pontoon and were able to dock it in the canal at the house and enjoy the water. We would highly recommend this property!

We were booked to stay Sept 28 -Oct 2...then hurricane Ian threatened the home. Terrence kept in touch with us up to our check in date allowing us to not worry. House is beautiful and has a relaxed but elegantly beachy vibe. Highly recommend this home! We will be back!

My family loved this property. It was super clean, a ton of room and met our every expectation. Location was perfect for our boat and the private ramp made it really easy getting onto the water. The pool and hot tub with all the outdoor lighting was the perfect place to relax after a long day at the Key. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and I know we will definitely be back soon.

Loved our stay at this place it was everything we thought it would be and more. Place is decorated so cute and clean. Private pool and hot tub make a great end to the fishing day!! Had a wonderful dock and place to clean all the amazing fish you catch. We caught lots off shore and even some right off the deck. We will definitely be staying here again its beautiful!! Terrance & his wife were great and were happy to answer all our questions and work with us. Thanks so much cant wait to stay again.

up stairs should have a king size bed and down stairs has a window unit over bed. The sleep quality is poor for the money paid, the unit is done nice and looks good but i would not stay again because of the sleeping.

We had a great stay! Right on the canal, this home was our first experience trailering our boat to a vacation destination and everything worked out great! Owner is very responsive and great to work with. We already miss the west FL sunsets and clear waters around the key- beautiful!

The pictures of the house are exactly what you find. You definitely get the Key West/ Beach vibe with the colors and decorations. Everything you needed to cook every meal if you choose. Terrance is a great hands on owner. We come to this area every year and hope to stay again.

This place is an absolute charm. We can not say enough about it and the location. It is just an hour or so from home. It’s the perfect get-a-way for us. The pool and hot tub right on the water is our favorite spot. We spend most of our time outside. Terrance and his wife are superhost in my book. They never disappoint. This year they were extra generous and that was much appreciated. As always, we look forward to returning.
