This free-standing single-family house has three bedrooms each with a queen bed and 3 full bathrooms with a bonus pull-out sofa bed in the living room, fully furnished and newly remodeled coastal chic style rental property on the Gulf waterfront in the Gulf Harbors community in New Port Richey. Gulf Harbors, FL is perfect if you desire to live in a tropical paradise close to the tourist attractions, but want a more relaxed, residential, and family-oriented atmosphere. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Upscale Sea Fire Grill Restaurant and easy-going Sunset Cove Bar and Grill are nearby. Publix and Sam's Club are just 5 minutes away. Please note that Gulf Harbors Community Beach is for permanent residents only. Boat & Boat Lift are not available for guests. Two 10ft Kayaks and one 8 ft Kayak are available to use at own risk.

House was very spacious and clean. Mornings with tea on the deck was fabulous. Very quiet neighborhood. We were close enough to the beach and dining options and grocery stores and far enough away to feel like we were actually on vacation. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area. Communication was excellent with the host.

We had a great stay! The home was very well appointed and had a great floor plan. We loved kayaking in the mangroves near the house and spending relaxing afternoons on the beautifully landscaped patio. Owners were very responsive to any questions and provided great recommendations for fun things to do. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, excellent home design, and thoughtful amenities. We stayed for two weeks over Christmas and could not have asked for better accommodations. Will definitely stay again and highly recommended. Great, responsive hosts, too.
