About this house rental
Come unwind in this truly peaceful 3 bedroom 2 bath which includes a saltwater pool and hot tub. Envision cooling off during the day in the pool and ending your days in the hot tub. Enjoying your days under the lanai with a drink in hand is exactly what you need.
For cooler months enjoy the option to add the poil heater for $45/day. Pool will be heated to 80 degrees. *note - if the air temp dips below 50 degrees the pool heater will automatically shut off.
*use the grill as you please, but please notify me when a bottle is getting low or empty so i can have it refilled for the next guests.
*guests swim and use the hot tub at their own risk*
*Gulf Harbors Community Beach is for permanent residents only

We loved this home and neighborhood. Everything was super clean and well taken care of. We were so excited for the pool and hot tub (it was worth to heat the pool) but after being in both we all complained that our skin was itching. It was to the point of being uncomfortable and we no longer wanted to use the pool or hot tub. We are not sure if it was the chlorine or fiberglass…

Everything was just as pictured. Hot tub and pool were awesome. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed our time.
