About this condo rental
Located in Ballard, this attractive condo for $334 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Available for rent is this contemporary modern home with two private bedrooms and two open sleeping lofts. Each bedroom and loft has a queen bed in it. Up to eight guests can sleep here in pairs. The apartment is the top unit of our triplex so it does not gets footfall noise. It has it own private entrance with a keyless lock and is cooled in summer, heated in winter with an HVAC system. We are conveniently located in the heart of Ballard, near the corner of 24th Ave NW and NW 64th St. with easy access to public transportation, bus #40 and #18 stop at the corner of our block. We have many restaurants, grocery stores within walking distance. The neighborhood is famous for its nice restaurant, pubs, bar, cafes, bakeries and outdoors activities. The rental comes with the standard amenities to start your stay that you would normally find in a hotel like: clean linens and towels, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, coffee maker, toaster, toilet paper. Please remember we are not a hotel and we do not refill these. In the kitchen there is a gas stove with oven, full fridge, dishwasher, cooking utensils, pots and pans and dinnerware set for 8. We have a Keurig coffee maker and Italian coffee maker. There is an electric tea kettle and toaster as well. The dining table is expandable to eight allowing your entire family to come together for dinner. Extra folding chairs are stored away in the closet near the entrance. Other amenities include: -40" flat HDTV in the living room with HD antenna channel and Netflix access. - Well-lit entrance with sensor lights for late arrivals. - Rental comes with its own (one) parking space (farthest to the right when facing the house). Parking on the street is free. - 300 mbps Comcast high speed cable internet with 5G Wi-Fi router. - Home gym and Laundry room in the first floor included at no charge. - For families with babies, we have a clean Graco Pack 'n Play Playard with Reversible Napper and Changer that can be used for infants and toddlers. - Free use of two bikes (first come first serve) to go explore the area. Please wear helmets, they are inside the laundry room under the free weights.

Very pleasant house. It would be really great for somewhat older children, they would love the loft. Every thing was neat and tidy, and instructions were clear. The on-site parking is a huge bonus. Only complaint, those stairs (puff,puff). I probably missed that detail in the description. I would highly recommend, it’s hard to find reasonable places in Ballard.

The neighborhood felt safe and super walkable. It was a great home base for all the things we did in Seattle using our CityPass.

Our stay was lovely and relaxing. Monica answered all questions, even during her important family event, and I appreciated the early check in and complete lack of hassle at this property. It is in a good neighborhood within a mile of all things Ballard. Will likely stay again soon.

Pictures didn’t do it justice! Plenty of room for our family of 6. Beautiful layout and loved being able to have home cooked meals every night. Off street parking was amazing and plenty to do in the area. Would stay again on our next trip out west.

The home was clean & comfy and had everything that we needed for our stay! We loved Ballard and all the cute shops, coffee places & friendly bars and restaurants! We rented electric bikes (they were in abundance) and were able to see more around us at a faster pace & without having to drive everywhere. The Ballard Locks & Golden Gardens were surprisingly close & so cool. Mario was super friendly and answered our questions & offered advice on places to check out! The neighborhood felt safe to us even walking in the evening! We felt right at home like we were true Seattle-ites & would definitely stay again!
