Superb holiday. Loved the property. Already planning a return visit.

The photos of the property used for the advert are very good but in reality, the house was even better than the impression created by the photos.

An amazing family Villa

The Villa was an amazing stay with all the necessary facilities and services required for a great family retreat. The communal pool is amazing with our own jacuzzi area and the staff were helpful and went above and beyond.

Exceptional

The villa was exceptional. The bedrooms were large and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was a lovely, quiet setting but not too far from anything you need. Karl was a fantastic host to deal with; always promptly responsive and a great communicator. I would highly recommend this villa to everyone 👍

very peaceful and relaxing with lots of room.

the size and the space and the layout the garden and outside space is beautifully kept, it is lovely at night too with all the fairy lights.

the restaurant is now closed and you cannot get breakfast anymore. it is ideally suited to people with a car. we didn’t have our own transport and the security guard helped us to set up with local taxis/tuk tuk. impossible to just catch one at the bottom of the main road all needed booking ahead. the swim up pool was pleasant but a few tiles are cracked and the grout needs replacing. my 12 year old daughter repeatedly got cuts on her feet from these- admittedly she did jump about a lot! I didn’t go and look myself but the main pool was apparently closed while we were there. it has the feeling of a place you would live rather than holiday.

The villa was all that we expected and was a great stay. Perfect place for golfers or small family

The villa is in a ideal location close to both Banyan Golf Resort and Sea Pines. It also was just a short drive to the beach as well as the supermarkets such as Market Village and Blu port. We particularly liked the canal swimming pool. Not to be missed is the fantastic seafood market next to Khao Tao beach. There are some great seafood restaurants nearby.

Parking was slightly problematic, having to park on a curb in front of the house due to the narrow street. You can also park in the residential parking lot which is about 150 meters away.

Exceptional

The villa is stunning from the moment you pull up to the front garden. Inside is lovely and spacious, and the hosts have thought of every single thing possible that would make your stay more comfortable. The bedrooms are both beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds, and the outside area is gorgeous The hosts are lovely and were great with communication. I'd say it was excellent value for money, and even more beautiful than the pictures on the website

The villa, its facilities and the setting was really perfect for us; difficult to beat!

Just about everything about our stay was perfect for us. The facilities and cleanliness of the villa were superb and we could not have had a better time than we did there. We even had to hastily drive to the location a day earlier than we intended, due to changing rules over the pandemic, but the host was happy for us to do that, despite the very late notice that we gave. We liked it so much that we stayed an extra night at the end of our booking too, and again there was no problem arranging this. The pool and kitchen were superb, with the sun loungers being nicely placed in the shade to avoid the strong sun. A wonderful villa that I would heatily recommended to anyone thinking of staying in Hua Hin.

Nothing really, although the restaurant was shut whilst we were there due to the restrictions regarding Covid. Even the cleaners agreed to rearrange their timetable to make it more convenient for us.

Overall a very enjoyable stay.

This is a lovely villa with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay.

It is not possible to walk to any of the major areas, but if you have a car then this is not a problem.
