Not too far from the station and old district. Quiet. Free evening drink.
No blackout curtains. Extra fee for parking, even for motorbikes. Staff were ok but not overly helpful or friendly.

The Hotel was located very close to the Station and the Bus terminal, Very easy checking in, Staff were very good and the Onsen was amazing, Beds were very comfy and the rooms were quiet, as a place to stay in Takayama it is very good

Good location, right next to the train station. Takayama old town and Hida no Sato are both within walking distance. The amenities provided are good.
They offer a lot of free amenities, but then are very weird about it. There are signs with rules on what not to do everywhere and some of the staff are borderline rude. There was zero flexibility. We arrived 15 minutes before check-in time and they looked at us as if we'd grown 2 heads.
