Nestled in Lower Grand Lagoon, this lovely house for $355 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to Beached Inn, a beautiful stand alone house with a large 12x24 PRIVATE POOL. The master suite on the first floor has a king bed, large closet and a huge bath with walk in tile shower. The second floor master has a king bed, front facing balcony and huge bath. The family suite on the second floor has a king bed, a queen bed and a bunk room off to the side. A large full bath and closet with a huge balcony overlooking the pool. The third floor studio has a day bed with trundle and a Queen Bed. It has a half bath and large front facing balcony with gulf view. There is even a wet bar in the studio. All floors are hardwood and tile with an abundance of area rugs for that warm cozy feeling. The bathrooms are all large and spacious. The decor speaks for itself. The kitchen should have about anything you will need to prepare your favorite recipes. The granite counter tops, and stainless appliances provide all the comforts of a fine home. The laundry room is equipped with a nice new set of extra capacity washer and dryer. A half bath is available just off the kitchen. The two King rooms and 3rd floor bedroom have TV's as well as the living room with free cable and high speed WiFi for your entertainment. The doors are set up with keyless locks to make it easy for the entire group to gain access at any time during your stay. No keys to pass around or lose. Convenient and safe.

The house was beautiful and very open. Our party of 8 adults and four fit very comfortably in the house. The only complaint I have is everything is up way too high for a short person. The main bedroom bed is so comfortable but I needed help getting in the bed. Would stay there again.

Had a great time while we stayed at your house in PCB! Check in and out was super fast and convenient. We had some trouble with the pool being heating but we were quickly refunded when we found out it wouldn’t work.

The home was great for a family. Very comfortable and just about have everything uou need. It had a pool and very close to the beach. It was clean with lots of space. The twin babies had a ball.

The cleanliness of the house was not the best very dusty and I don’t think the covers was washed in awhile we spent the first day cleaning

Payed $350.00 extra to have the pool heat turned on. Went last week of April 2023 so it’s still cool. Had 3 kids under 3 and if it hadn’t been for a neighbor who helped us turn on the heater we wouldn’t have had it at all. The pool guy didn’t show up until the day before we left. Even after talking to the host the day we got there. But they gladly kept our $350.00 for a heated pool. Wouldn’t rent from them again. A lot smaller than it looks in the photos.

The property was perfect for our group of 13. It was within 5 minutes walking to the beach and the area was not as crowded as the main parts of PCB. Owner communication was great. The pool was used by the kiddos daily. Overall a great trip for 7 days and we will be back again.

The house was so pretty and fit our group of 11 perfectly! The walk to the beach is about 6 mins I’d day and Pineapple Wille’s is only a 3 minute drive. Communication with the renter was amazing. They respond quickly and even came when we requested more towels. If we came down again, we definitely would want to stay here at this beach house!

Property is absolutely beautiful. The smoke detector was beeping and I had sent Mr.Bill a message about it and he came and took care of it. Such a awesome owner. He was super nice. Definitely would rent again. We had a great time and made lots of memories. God Bless.

The property was just as we expected it to be from the listing. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Nice, clean and relaxing after our long drive in from Illinois. Bill was wonderful to work with and we will be working with him again on future trips to Florida. Location from the beach within walking distance and the beach access wasn’t crowded. We had a small sewer issue but Bill was right on top of it. The heated pool was a nice plus to our trip. Added in our relaxing at the end of the day. Our group would like to give a great big thank you to Bill and his lovely wife for everything he did to make our trip as wonderful as possible.
PS the beds are all super comfy as well. You will certainly enjoy this home.

We had all of our Grandkids and our kids at the house for the week after Christmas! It was great the kids loved the pool in the back yard and the short walk to the beach! Would recommend it lots of room and plenty of bathrooms for 14 people!

There was plenty of room for our extended family. The location was excellent. Furnishings were nice but outdated. Small inconveniences were: soap dispensers that did not work, very scratchy/pilled sheets on one bed, and lack of quality/adequate number of towels. Place could use a lot of minor repairs.

This property was perfect! It was clean and well kept. The rooms were nice and provided plenty of room for everyone. We were literally in the middle of everything restaurants, attractions, the beach, etc. The neighborhood was quiet. We could not have asked for a better place. Would stay here again.

Arrived an hour and a half early and the property was already available for us. It’s completely stocked with most kitchen items needed to cook anything you could want. Only issue is that there is one a/c until and thermostat for all 3 floors. This is fine if some like it cold as it will be on the 1st floor and some not so much on the 2nd and 3rd floors without it being really cold on the 1st. Pool is small but enough for 10 or so if needed. Enough parking for two crew cab trucks and two cars.

We had a wonderful time. Had one minor issue but Bill took care of it right away. Property was such a close and easy walk to the beach, close to everything. Has lots of room for our party of eight. We had a great family vacation definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Beach! The location was perfect for our group, two blocks from the beach and a 15 min drive to Pier Park. We were not in the crazy of Panama City , and that is what we wanted! There is an amazing BBQ restaurant across the street, great food and service! We watched the NCAA tournament there due to the fact we couldn't get the main TV to work.
The set up of the house fit our group as well! Lots of stairs, but we welcomed the exercise! The kitchen was well stocked and accommodated our meals in. The pool area was a nice place to hang as well, especially since is was quite windy a couple days we were there and the beach wasn't the place to be.
We had a few questions and a couple minor issues and Bill responded very quickly and gave us the help we needed.
Thank you for a providing a place so us moms and our seniors could make lasting memories!!

We rented this house over Christmas for a baseball tournament. We had 9 people and the house had plenty of room. The kitchen came stocked with everything we needed to cook dinners and the location was perfect for us. It was a quick walk to the beach and a quick drive to the fields. The property manager was great to work with. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We haven’t been to the beach during this time of year. The weather wasn’t the best but being with family and friends and this house made things fun. Plenty of space to move around, we didn’t get to use the heated pool because of the weather, but it was a nice plus to have available. Thank you Mr Bill for being so nice and prompt about any questions. We had a blast! Plenty of room for sleeping, very clean, and had plenty of the necessities. Super Nice place to stay, highly recommend it!!

Beached Inn is a wonderful vacation property. We were able to check in a little early. But, had a hiccup with the door locks. Let me tell you, this was resolved within minutes! Mr. Bill and Ms. Janice were on top of it. Very nice people to work with! We had 8 people (7 adults 1 child) we all had plenty of room to spread out!
We only cooked 1 meal while there and had all the pots, pans, gadgets we needed. It was wonderful having the huge washer and dryer.
The pool had was great, didn’t have to share it like at a condo.
No noisy neighbors!
No traffic on the street outside.
Short walk to the beach, we loaded everything in our van, drove over, unpacked it, my husband parked the van at the house and walked to the beach. Helped there was an ice vending machine near Thomas Drive to use to fill up the cooler.
The provided beach chairs, floats, toys were an added bonus! We didn’t see any bikes as shown in one pic.
There was only one set of bunk beds, not two like I assumed. The beds were all comfortable and plenty of pillows. The home was tastefully decorated as well.
Make sure to bring your own beach towels as stated in their description. Also, bring your own toilet tissue and paper towels, they only supply starter rolls of both. Also be prepared to bring your own garbage bags, only 3 provided and with as many people as we had with us we needed extra.
We enjoyed our stay here and hope to return.

The home was more than enough space for our couples' trip (six adults). It is a beautiful home and even better than what you can tell by the pictures. We plan to return soon with the kids. The pool was a plus, and the kitchen is well equipped.
