Convenience meets comfort in this spacious, three-story home, ideally located within just a few minutes’ walk of the beach, restaurants, cafés, bars, and shopping. Dozens more restaurants, grocery stores, water parks, state parks, golf courses, and more attractions are an easy drive away. At home, start each day with a quiet cup of coffee on either of two private, comfortably furnished balconies, then step inside to the full, well-equipped kitchen to whip up some breakfast. Cooking for the crew is a breeze, with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space, and a separate kitchenette on the ground floor featuring another oven and a mini-fridge. Grab a bite at the breakfast bar; sit down for a full meal at the dining table; or dine alfresco on the balcony. Pop the dishes in the dishwasher for easy cleanup, then slip into your swimsuit and head to the community pool to soak up some Florida sunshine close to home. If you feel like some exercise, hop on one of the four bikes available for your use and explore on two wheels. When you return, cool off in the central AC while the day’s clothes get a refresh in the washer/dryer. Send the kids downstairs to play foosball while you grab a beverage out of the mini-fridge and fire up the grill for dinner. Entertainment options for a night at home include three streaming-capable TVs, several DVD players and a large library of movies, free cable, and WiFi. The night ends in any of four well-appointed bedrooms, with three featuring en suite baths and the primary bedroom featuring direct balcony access. With so much space and an ideal location, the only thing missing from this dreamy vacation picture is you. Things to Know Streaming services are available with guests’ personal accounts. The golf cart in the garage is not for guest use. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Our family needed a place for all 4 of us to bond and catch up with missed times. This beach house was more than enough space for us 4- the house was across the street from the beach- literally 1-2 minute walk across. Pool access was very convenient- just go to bottom level of home and pool is there! Home was very clean & cozy; they also had a grill for us, which we sat around outside on deck on the 2nd floor & just conversated while grilling! Also, home has dishwasher & washer/dryer- super convenient. A Home away from Home:) Will definately return!

Our family had an amazing vacation at Casa Cote de Mar. It’s the perfect retreat for a large family… plenty of bedrooms so everyone has their personal space, but also large open gathering spaces with ample seating. The full kitchen opens into the living and dining areas, so everyone can visit/watch movies/play board games or video games, as meals are prepared. The bottom level is a separate haven with bunk beds and a mini-kitchen, perfect for creating hang-out space for kids or teens. There are two side porches that are lovely to sit and enjoy the ocean air. Highly recommend. Very clean, fresh and comfortable place for the perfect vacation. Also great location.

Was really pleased with our stay. We liked that it was walking distance to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool. We did have an issue with the AC but once I notified them they took care of it asap. They were so quick to respond. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This place was awesome! We did not expect how clean and huge this place was. The kids loved every moment. We were a short walk to the beach and 10 minutes from Pier park! We will definitely book again next year.
