Modern and elegant 3BR Condo located at Aquamarine Building on the 4th floor of Blue Residences, looking at the infinity pools and restaurant together with beautiful Caribbean Sea. When you enter this Condo, you will be trapped by the gorgeous view from the stainless steel hi luxe living/dining space and a fully equipped kitchen with a counter and stools to be closer to the chef. The living room is complemented with a sofa bed. The master bedroom with a king-size bed and a beautiful view of the ocean. Access to the balcony from the living room or master bedroom. The second bedroom features two double-size beds and a view to the Bubali Bird Sanctuary. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Maximum 8 guests. Nearby you can enjoy shopping, fine dining, water sports, casinos, ATM, food market and golf at Robert Trent Jones II 18-hole championship golf course or at the striking and conveniently located Divi's 9-hole course. Amenities and features: • Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am • Free Wi-Fi in the unit and common areas. • Cable TV with flat screen in bedrooms and living room. • Central A/C system with distinct zones that can be independently controlled by thermostats to keep everyone comfortable. • Each bathroom has their own white towels and blue beach towels in the vanity. • Hair dryer in the bathroom. • Washer and dryer. • Iron and iron board. • The Condo is 1617 SQ ft. for maximum of 8 guests. • An infinity pool and tropical deck create a relaxing environment at the center of the complex with poolside lounges and umbrellas from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. • One assigned parking space with the condo number on it. • Vending machine for coffee or snacks or drinks. • Spa newly renovated at the lobby by Blue Residences from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. We stayed at the property for our third trip in Aruba. Location is central but you need a car to get to shopping and excellent beaches. The apartment was well furnished and had all the basics needed to have a comfortable stay. The ocean view is wonderful. Will return.

The property had an amazing views and was well maintained. It was a comfortable stay the only issues were minor maintenance concerns and the team were very responsive and resolved the concerns promptly

Clean and fully equipped condo with the most amazing views. Nice pools and convenient location for shopping and dining. Definitely would stay here again. Our second trip to this property, but enjoyed this unit much more due to its extras like kitchen essentials, beach chairs and ice chest.

I definitely recommend this place. The condo was absolutely beautiful and just as pictured on the site. Great location and easy check in. The check in staff was very accommodating. My only recommendation is that they need newer towels or maybe use darker ones but overall I had a great experience!!

Loved this condo!! I came with our family of 8 and it was perfect. Loved the location and the beautiful pools. It was literally a 1 minute drive to Eagle beach and a mile from the main strip at Palm Beach. You can also walk down to a few of the resorts near the condo and get dinner. We did a lot of cooking in the condo and I wish there were spices available to us, instead of having to buy everything. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Great location just a short walk or drive to Eagle beach and to the high rise area. Front door was an issue when we had arrived eh came out the next day it was fixed. Overall spacious for my adult group of 6

If you want to be close to all the large resorts, casinos, nightlife and shopping but have the sense of quiet and privacy I highly recommend this location. Beautifully landscaped grounds, very nice infinity pools, quiet area. The condo was exactly as described, very comfortable accommodations for our group of 7 adults. Would definitely stay here again. Front desk staff was very helpful with reservations and overall all staff very pleasant to deal with.

Beautiful apartment. It had everything you need! The only downfall was a leaky shower in the 3rd bathroom. Water was pouring out onto the floor. It is a beautiful property! It is quiet and the pools are beautifully maintained. You are close enough to walk to all of the action. We would stay here again!

The condo was substantially as promised and pictured. Check in was a breeze! Very convenient location to visit all the big hotels and enjoy the sights. The pool and landscaping are meticulously kept. We had a small issue with one shower not getting any hot water - and it was fixed by the next morning without issue. The food service leaves something to be desired. Getting coffee is somewhat of an ordeal. The terrace was a beautiful location to enjoy the blue water views in the morning and the sunset at night. All appliances were in good working order and very clean. Furniture was a bit worn but more than comfortable for the time we spent in the room. Beds and linens were comfortable and clean as well. We had 5 adults - and stayed in lovely comfort. Would absolutely return to this condo - everything about our planning and stay was easy!
