The community has a large pool and hot tub heated year-round. This town home boasts a large master bedroom with a king bed and bunk bed perfect for a couple or family. The 2nd bedroom upstairs contains two bunk beds and sleeps four. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is an air mattress as well to accommodate additional guests. All bedrooms include closets, fresh linens, extra blankets, and everything you need to feel fully at home. The lower level floor plan is open-concept and has plenty of room for dining, cooking, or just overall relaxation. There is an outdoor patio set and grill for outside entertaining. Fajitas on Fiesta includes WIFI to accommodate all of your technology needs. There are three flat screen TV’s throughout the townhome. All TV’s are equipped with streaming devices and dish network satellite TV. Fajitas on Fiesta Lane is equipped with all of the extras you need to enjoy a family or group vacation. The kitchen is a cook’s dream with all of the necessities to make gourmet meals. If you are traveling with kids, we have provided kid-friendly dishes, a pack and play, and board games that are fun for the entire family. Very nice 3 br townhouse complex with dbl garage & level entry for easy unloading. Large kichen/dining/living room/laundry room on main. Upstairs has Large Master bdrm with TV (K + 1 bunk beds) & ensuite (shower + soaker tub, 2 sinks), 2nd bdrm has 4 bunks, 3rd bdrm has Q & walk-in closet & TV, with shared 4 pace bathroom. Complex has lovely pool & hot tub on-site. Great visit 😎

Everything was great from beginning of our trip to the end! We went swimming, beds were comfortable, and we had all the amenities needed for a fun trip! We would definitely stay there again!

This is easily the best VRBO location we've stayed at. The listing was accurate and the price was fair. Nothing was exaggerated in any way. There seemed to be quite a few other vacation properties within the townhouse complex but it was very quiet. There are ample bike paths and trails close by. We didn't use the pool/hot tub but it looked well kept and clean. The owner typically answered questions literally within minutes. Overall, a great stay.

We loved staying at this property. There was plenty of room for us and it was in a very quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located near restaurants and Zion National Park where we did some hiking. Everything was set up nicely for our stay. We will for sure book it again in the future.

This place had everything we needed, it was very clean, had plenty of space, conveniently located to many hiking opportunities and our kids loved the pool!! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is planning on visiting the state and national parks nearby!

We picked this property to be in the center of all the amazing nature Utah has to offer. We also picked this property to have pool days in between the hiking days for the teens and just have a nice place to rest and enjoy. The neighborhood is meticulously maintained and the property itself was beautiful, well kept, had all the amenities needed, and spacious. The owners even have pool floaties, hiking poles, bikes, and backpacks in case you forget any of these items. The only two things, which have nothing to do with the property itself, is a) we were grateful to be able to bring our dog but there is no space for them to walk (no sidewalks near the street) or space to go to the bathroom. We had to walk out of the neighborhood to get potty breaks and b) the pool area itself is beautiful but the pool bathrooms need maintenance. They were dirty, water was running from the showers (tried to turn it off but couldn't completely), trash wasn't cleared out, sinks were gross, etc. Luckily for us, this property is pretty close to the pool so we were able to run back to use the restroom if need be. Overall, a beautiful property in a meticulously kept neighborhood. Would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back! Thank you. :)

We loved everything about this place! It was perfect for our family. Plenty of space, conveniently located to explore St. George & Zion, and we absolutely loved the pool! We will be back!

We loved it, it was great for us. Close to the pool, great location. House was super clean. Check in and out was super easy. We didn’t have to do much cleaning. A couple of the down sides, the amenities listed soap and shampoo, but only one bathroom had 1 little hotel shampoo and a bar of soap. The other bathroom didn’t have anything at all. There were 12 of us for 6 nights so a little hotel shampoo was not gonna last us the week. So we did have to go buy some shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also, there were not enough bath towels. The listing says sleeps 12, but there were only 6 bath towels. There were 3 in each bathroom upstairs. There were enough pool towels, but a lot of us had to share bath towels. Those were the only things I’d say were a bit of an inconvenience.

We enjoyed our stay w kids and friends. Pool is a short walk. Mountain biking tralis are not super close but it was nice being in between Hurrican and St George trails. Having a large garage was really nice.

We had a great stay. We came down to mountain bike and the property is in a great location....it's central to all the mountain bike and hiking locations (can even ride to church rocks from the house). The pool in the neighbourhood is heated and was awesome to able to use. The house was nice...Clean, good layout and enough space for all of us. It could use a few more dishes that are smaller for kids...but otherwise had everything we needed. One thing the house description doesn't tell you is that there is no driveway, so if your vehicle is too big for the garage (we had a truck and it didn't fit), then you need to park in the visitor parking just around the corner.

We enjoyed staying here. Clean with plenty of space for our family. Nice kitchen. TVs were great. Garage parking is nice. Quiet neighborhood. We went swimming daily even though it was early March. We would definitely come back to this property. Thanks!

We are a retired couple testing out the snowbird thing so we spent a month. Overall, nice place. The two story floorplan took some getting used to for us since our house is on one level. Really well stocked with cleaning supplies, kitchen equipment, towels, etc. Owner, Jeff was super-responsive to a couple issues. The coffee maker and the blender were both on the fritz but were replaced quickly the same day we reported them. If we come back to St. George area in the future will stay again.

We had such a great time and it was perfect for our family. The pool is close (and heated even in the winter), 3 huge TVs, plenty of beds, good size kitchen and table. The couches were even comfy! We hope to book it again next year! We also left some extras behind for others- so hopefully others get use out of what we left behind!

Great location to stay for visiting Zion and Bryce National Parks. We weren’t in the property very much because we were out adventuring all day but we felt like we got to really see and explore southern Utah well from this location. Lots of restaurants in Saint George and Washington made for easy dinners after being out and about all day. The kids loved the swimming pool in the neighborhood. We also visited Thunder Junction All Ability Park with the kids and rode the dinosaur themed train and hiked the Dino Cliffs trail which is super close to the property and saw the dinosaur tracks in the wash area. All in all a great vacation!

The property was nice. My only complaint is the king size bed in the master bedroom. Awful. It is a back killer. Had to move to the other bed which is only a six out of ten . A great bed is very important for a long stay.
