Westways is a private community of homeowners who value the quiet, rural setting and shared common property. All renters will be provided with the rules and regulations of Westways as part of the rental agreement. The home features an open floor plan. The living room has a two story field stone fireplace and opens to a game table area and piano. The living room has comfortable large sofas, quality stereo system, and additional seating to assure pleasant surroundings for family and friends to gather. On this floor is a study with cable TV. There is a full bathroom on this floor with a shower. The kitchen opens to the dining area with a large table to comfortably seat 8 people. The screened in porch provides dining seating for 8. The bedrooms are located on both the second floor and in the walk out, full light basement. The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings with timber beam exposed and a ceiling fan and sky light. The room has a king sized bed, two large closets, a desk and chair; the master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, double vanity and shower. The guest room has a queen size bed, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and a ceiling fan, and two large closets. There is an opening sky light, north and east windows. The third bedroom has two twin beds one with a trundle beneath. There is a sleeping loft (for ages 12+) with two futons. The ceiling is vaulted with exposed beams and there is an opening sky light and windows with south and west views. There is a second full bathroom shared by these two rooms with a double vanity and combination shower tub. In the full walk out basement there is a large bedroom with two twin beds both with trundles below. The bedroom has a wood burning stove, sofa, and a large closet. Great house for our family - 8 adults. Our stay was enjoyable and the location/house was private/well appointed! Plenty of room for all. Good communication with Betsy. Only issue was I believed A/C was offered throughout the house, but 2nd floor bedrooms only. In general, not a problem; however, we were still in a late summer heat wave. Would definitely return!

We loved staying at Betsy's house. Clean, close to the lake and North Conway. My grand daughter had a blast. The lake was cold but she still went in swimming. We rented a pontoon boat from the Kezar Marina so we could explore the lake. Everyone enjoyed spotting the loons. We have been there before but not my family. My family had a grest time. Betsy's house was so comfortable. She has thought of everything for her guests. ( grill, pool table, games, tv, everything you need for cooking, washer and dryer, drying rack, wifi, and the list goes on and on. Thank you Betsy. Love your home and love the lake, the area and the people.

We were looking to get away for a family ski trip and got so much more than that! The house was perfect for reconnecting as family and enjoying each other’s company. It is spacious, spotless and well appointed. Other than skiing, we had no reason to go anywhere else. The pool table was a big hit!

I was so pleased with this house! Its description was quite appealing and it did not disappoint. It is even better in person - quite comfortable (as well as beautiful) in all aspects. We were in the area for a wedding and this house gave us a great oasis. I would definitely stay there again!

Betsy’s home was perfect for our family weekend getaway. The house exceeded expectations, was spacious and clean. Coffee on the three season porch, walks to the lake and nature trails, evenings around the fire, and an afternoon of skiing at Shawnee Peak, right nearby! Thank you, Betsy…we will be back again!

This house is better than the pictures! The house was very clean and the host was attentive and very generous. There is so much space in this house for families and lots of sleeping space. We loved the main living room fire place. The house is tucked away to give you some privacy, over all a great experience would highly recommend

It is immaculate and the decor is second to none. We have rented here for almost 3 decades and it never disappoints. Beautiful kitchen, plush comfortable beds and easy access to Kezar lake. Great house for families or a group of couples. Highly recommend!!!

Thank you again for an amazing stay! Such a beautiful home just a 1-minute stroll down to Kezar Lake. The owners are wonderful and attentive and take great pride in the property. Great place to see friends, swim, play tennis, kayak, take hikes, and roast s'mores at the firepit! Absolutely perfect!

The house is fabulous as are the surroundings. Just a short walk through the woods to Kezar lake. Beautiful crystal clear water. Across Route 5 is a great network of paths for hiking. We had a delightful stay at this place and would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed four days in mid-winter in Betsy's beautiful home. The house is very well appointed with everything we needed to make all our meals at home. It snowed but we took walks, did puzzles, played games, and enjoyed time by the fire. We really had a great stay and would suggest this as a perfect get-away to anyone!

Great stay!!! Well maintained and extremely clean house with a very "Maine" feel, very private. Big house with spacious bedrooms and kitchen that was well equipped. We rented over the winter and it was an easy drive to Sunday River to ski. Would be a great summer rental as well. Fireplace was perfect, loft for kids was fun, and pool table in basement was an extra added bonus feature. Would defintely rent again!

This house was amazing. It was super clean and had everything you could possibly need. The fireplace was great. The kitchen had everything necessary. Every bathroom (4) was fully stocked and even included lotion. Betsy was friendly and a pleasure to rent from. I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could!

Our group of 8 plus dogs had a great stay at this well appointed property. Spacious and gracious! Plenty of different spaces to connect, great neighborhood for walking, peaceful and beautiful location. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking for our foodie family!
