Stayed here twice now and it’s the best place I’ve ever stayed. If you designed a room to stay from the ground up it would look like this. If I could rate it 100/10, I would. Also has the nicest staff you could ask for. Thanks again

Quite central (in the old town) 10 mins walk from the/a night market. Really friendly staff who helped immensely with private taxis to Chiang Rai and Sukhotai. Really good level on English too which helps a lot in communication.

The location. The staff were friendly and made up the room each day. Toiletries provided.
The villa is quite outdated and run down. Especially for the price. The pool was dirty with green slime and mould. The towel rack for the pool towels was mouldy and dirty. No robes provided.
