Fantastic - Newly Renovated Ocean City Vacation Getaway
About this house rental
Nestled in Ocean City, this lovely house for $230 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This is NOT a PARTY house. We DO NOT rent for Senior Week or After Prom Party's. This is a non-smoking rental. We do not allow pets. Guests must bring their own linens and towels. We only rent to families, and those that are 25 years of age, or older. The maximum number of overnight renters is 12. This fantastic, newly renovated family-friendly beach house sleeps 10-12 people and is just three blocks from the beach in the Gold Coast section of Ocean City, NJ. Located on quiet Haven Avenue, you have front door access to the bike path, and you are walking distance to Dot’s Pastries and 34th Street amenities including: a playground which includes tennis and basketball courts, ACME food store, Wawa, CVS, Hoys 5&10, ice cream stores, and various food/eating facilities. Fishing and crabbing dock is available under the 34th St. Bridge along with access to kayak and paddle boarding. You have quick and a simple off-island access via a short drive over the 34th St. Bridge to more restaurants, a marina, liquor stores and the Garden State Parkway. In addition to the 31st and 32nd Street beaches, you are close to the 34th St. beach which has a public rest room, umbrella and chair rentals and is handicap accessible which makes the beach location ideal for families with young children or elderly guests. Ocean City is a family friendly beach resort which offers a one of the area’s best boardwalk and amusement piers. (6 beach tags are included.) Our home is a first floor convenient access property. The home has 4 bedrooms and a queen sized pull out sofa, 2 full baths, an open living room and dining area, and a large fully equipped kitchen. The beds include: 1 King 2 Queens 3 Singles (including bunk beds) and a pull out Queen couch The home includes a large front porch with seating for 8 and an outside picnic table and back porch with seating for 4. We provide five HD cable equipped TVs, a gas grill, complimentary Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning. An outside shower and car port are included which allows up to 4 off street parking spaces. The house was recently completely renovated with hard wood floors, new carpet, new paint and new bedding. A completely renovated kitchen includes new appliances. The address is 3124 Haven Avenue, Ocean City, NJ. Keyless entry code is provided the week before rental as codes are changed between every rental. Check in Saturday after 3pm. Check out Saturday by 10am.

We typically stay closer to the boardwalk but really enjoyed this part of OC. Place was perfect for us and our extended family. Host was very responsive and helpful.

We stayed at this Ocean City getaway during the weekend of Ophelia and it rained all weekend. However, the half marathon was enjoyable and family time was nice despite the weather. We had great communication with the owner and it was a nice quiet street and time to enjoy a little family bonding.

The place was beautiful and spacious for our family of four plus some guests. Everything we could need was at the house and the outdoor shower was a very nice feature, as well.
The owners were extremely easy to communicate with and the location was perfect! We’ll definitely be looking to come and stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location and layout of the house was perfect. Loved the beachy nautical decor. We and our family members found the mattresses in the rooms comfortable. It was great to have both front and back decks.
An ottoman and shades or curtains for the deck would be wonderful additions.

Our family greatly enjoyed our beach stay at Sue's place in OCNJ. Sue has great communication and clearly values her guests, with a kitchen well-stocked with cookware and plateware needs for families or groups that love to cook and enjoy the space. This condo comfortably accommodates twelve people, is quite spacious, and was very clean when we arrived. We personally loved the quieter neighborhood, and the boardwalk is still a super quick drive or bike ride away; very nice location. Despite a rainy week, we still had a great vacation, and I think this property meeting our needs so well helped make the stay as enjoyable as it did. Would highly recommend.

Finding this property that sleeps 12 was exactly what we needed. The street was surprisingly quiet due to the bike path "cross-street" being blocked off. Front and back porch areas were great for quiet time and/ or picnic table seating for meals.

My family (7 adults, 4 kids) had a great time in OCNJ! The house is a short walk to the beach, away from the craziness of the boardwalk. Wr had plenty of room to hang out inside or on both of the decks. Hopefully this is the start of a yesry family tradition at the beach!

Also the fireplace wasn't functioning sadly. However, with some TLC, and perhaps a different cleaner, this property could truly be a great stay otherwise! Owner was really gracious because we unexpectedly hit bad weather and many places shut down as the area hunkered down for a huge noreaster - 60 mph winds and coastal flood advisory made us cut our weekend visit short, and owner agreed to a partial refund. If not for the weather, we think we could have had a great time given the proximity to the beach and local attractions.

We specifically wanted a place in this Gold Coast location and it did not disappoint! This is a very comfortable home and is beautifully decorated. Would definitely rent again.
